Claire was very helpful and kept me updated during the entire appointment. The experience was much better than any service department we have ever dealt with before in the valley. We will be bringing our other vehicle here as well.

Went in for fluid changes on a full size 1/2 ton truck, it should have taken 1 day, it took 1.5 days. All fittings were not properly tightened so I had limited speed and no power brakes. This required another 1/2 day in the shop. Fluid that leaked, created streaks a spots which were not cleaned up. I have had other work done and all went well, I just think they could have done better.

Very helpful and knowledgeable and they helped me buy my first new car and with less than perfect credit!! Also, there was absolutely no pressure for one vehicle over another like many places have.. i told them what i was looking for and they helped me find it! Excellent experience.. i would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

After our 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 broke down with only 12000 miles it was towed into Oxendale GMC. Our service advisor was Austin, he kept us informed from start to finish as repairs were made. He was professional and had a great attitude.
