Stopped by yesterday 11-10-2023 to look at trucks and claim my Guaranteed prize. Marched 7’s and thought I had won something of the four Official Prizes. I was told by the salesman that there was no prize for me. I attached his business card to the document that was mailed to my address. What a scam to get people to their dealership. Very disappointed in how they do business there. One star is too much to give them as wellSteve

GMC Oxendale took care of my truck when my stabilitrak light and my check engine light came on. They accommodated me; I was on travel to Phoenix and didn't have a place to leave my truck. I felt confident and trust their service. They were very understanding and patient with my grandkids and my dog. I always receive reliable and trustworthy service from the staff of Flagstaff Oxendale GMC service department. Keep up the great work and service.

I had such an unpleasant experience! Bernie at the front desk was rude and anytime I asked a question, he would talk down to me as if I was stupid and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was in for an oil change, tire pressure check (which wasn't done), and rotation. He should be fired for how unprofessional he was and for his lack of treating customers with respect. I will not return for service and will not recommend this place to anyone!

Hopefully you have the pleasure of working with Bernie as your service manager! Oxendale GMC was integral in keeping me on the road this summer with my 2017 Duramax while traveling in my travel trailer. And it wasn’t just an oil change- replaced power steering gear box, then had to replace my diesel particulate filter, a few sensors and a DEF leak. They didn’t give up on me when I kept coming back & my truck is working good as new again! I will be back for my regular service appointments and appreciate their level of service & commitment to quality!

Scheduled oil change online for my 2022 GMC 3500 diesel truck. Checked in with service advisor Claire. I went for a run on the AZ Trail and received a call from Claire with a service update and recommendation to change the air filter too. Appreciate the ease of scheduling, quality service (even reset the oil and air reminders), service updates and the prompt check in/out.

We have a 2021 GMC with 17000 miles on it. (And we are VERY GENTILEin how we operate it). We brought it in for an oil change, tire rotation, and routine standard checkpoint inspection. They refused to rotate the tires because they “didn’t have enough tread on them”…. Really? Ironically we had asked if they sold tires and rims when we checked the vehicle in for service. The vehicle is just over 2 yrs old and doesn’t even have 20k miles on it. Sounds like a manufacturer problem then if that’s what GMC initially installed. How does it not have enough tread? Sounds like an absolute scheme to me. So apparently we paid $100 for an oil change….We will never be returning here.

I went into this dealership and spotted a vehicle I liked. I wasn't sure if I wanted to start the paperwork because other GM dealerships were not helpful and hid fees/charges, or they wanted to wipe you out once they found out you had the down-payment. I then later decided to start the buying process with Samuel, which was a huge mistake. I sent all my information and got the paperwork started. They then hit my credit with 7 banks. I wanted to know what the outcome was. I waited a week, and there was no word back. I called, and the salesperson told me that they were trying to get the best deal. I told him that it's been a week and he should have some numbers for me. He then told me I had no buying power. Which was basically saying he didn't want to waste his time on me. I told him that I didn't want to do business with the company, but my husband then said to get a different salesperson. So I called and spoke with another salesperson, Daniel. I informed him that I needed to know where the buying process stood. So he puts me on hold, comes back, and tells me to put $6500.00 down. I told him ok, but what are my payments looking like. He said he was not sure, and then he asked me if I had the $6500.00. I told him that I needed to know my payments. He then proceeded to tell me to be patient, like 1 week was not patient enough time of waiting. They hit my credit with hard hits and then basically got money hungry. Required a ridiculous down payment and then asked me to be patient. Not only were they not communicating with me and keeping me updated, but they were shady about the numbers. Why was no one telling me what my payments were after a week? They should have had something. I'm not going to buy from GMC or Chevrolet if this is how they do business. I'll take it by business elsewhere and let karma get them. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

I took my dog seat out of my Buick Enclave and forgot to not let it tighten. Thus couldnt get seat locked in for safe trip back to Valley. The serviceman was kind and readily corrected the problem. I will definitely give them my business whenever my Buick needs it.

Contacted this dealership about a used vehicle I was interested in. I live 4.5 hours away so they instantly became very pushy onto the time frame in which I would make it to the dealership. I was able to set time aside and come on a Saturday. The sales man kept persistently telling me each time he would contact me about time frame that it was because they were getting the truck ready and detailed so it would be ready by time I got there. I guess three days was not enough amount of time for them to get the vehicle ready. Upon arriving after my 4.5 hour drive I was given the run around when initially walking in that I was going to need to wait. They finally pulled the truck around and it had not been touched. Not even a simple vacuum or wipe down. The seats were filthy and there was dog hair imbedded through out the entire truck. Not only that but when it came down to do the test drive they didn’t even have enough gas in the vehicle to do one. I will give them that the truck was set at a reasonable price and I decided to follow through with the buy. In which they stated they would pay for a full detail on the truck. I confirmed with them 3 to 4 different times that it was okay if I had it done from some where locally for myself since I live 4.5 hours away they assured me that it would be fine and to just have the invoice sent to them. As well as giving me some Walmart gift cards for gas. ? $30 dollars in total. I have now since gotten the truck home. Gotten it detailed by a company here in Safford AZ. They sent the invoice over. It took them 8 hours to fully removed the dog hair and shampoo the seats. Only to have Oxendale refuse to pay the bill. Their sales manager and customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. And I would highly encourage people to steer away from doing business with them and or if they make you any promises do not drive the vehicle off their lot until they follow through regardless of any paper work they may show you. With now seeing how little they care to keep their word and do not care about their customer service.

My service advisor, Claire was really great, receptive, and kept me updated during my entire service process. A very stark contrast from the last time I was this dealer, when they were Flagstaff GMC.Because of her and the techs, I will definitely return for service items.

I’m active duty military and my truck broke down during my cross country move. I am aware that my emergency does not constitute an emergency for the service department, however Bernie genuinely cared and did everything he could to squeeze me in. He gave me frequent timing updates and kept me informed on the issues with the vehicle. Somehow he was able to get me back on the road later that day after some serious engine issues. Bernie is amazing! I honestly cannot thank him enough! Best service department I have even visited!
