Went here during the summer with some friends and it was one of the best experiences I've had in a while as the staff was nice and it was overall fun 10/10 must try.

Avoid this gym at all costs. I was not happy with my visit to flagstaff climbing. The facility is old and hasn't been remodeled in over 20 years. The route setting was poor and lacked effort. The holds are very worn and need to be replaced. The staff is unprofessional. The ownership clearly do not know how to run a business.

I can't say enough good things about our experience at Flagstaff Climbing Center today. We took our 6 & 3 year old boys expecting them to be bored after the first hour, we ended up staying for 3 hours! Parrish was phenomenal, he made the experience so much better with his patience and knowledge. We will be visiting here every time we come back to Flagstaff, 10 out of 10!

Not a good place to learn to lead.

People are really nice, but the bouldering isn’t the best.

I love this place so much. So much. It makes my heart flutter, a wonderful pitter-patter. Everyone here was so gentle and loving with me that I wish to full-on kiss all the climbing instructors on the mouth. A passionate and tender kiss. Befitting of a lover. When I got to the top of the wall.... I felt as free and as plentiful as an angel. Visit this magical land, caress the supple walls, feel the love that will be bestowed upon you.... you will not regret it.

Excellent gym with TWO locations. The bouldering gym has the workout equipment, not the downtown one. Fitness classes and yoga are included in the membership.

We visited this climbing gym in downtown flagstaff with 3 kids - ages 8,10 and 11. All of us had minimal to no climbing experience. Parrish was so patient with the kids while giving them a bouldering lesson. He then took so much time with my husband and I and later the kids again with a rope climbing lesson. He was so patient and knowledgeable and I was just blown away by the customer service. Once Parrish's shift was over, G took over and he continued with the great customer service. He checked our belays and helped me when I was fumbling with the knots. We ALL had the best time - in fact the kids climbed for almost 3 hours! We'll be back next time we visit Flag. This place is a gem

Really wish this spot had an auto belay or maybe a few. After climbing out of town at some gyms that have them I've realized they make it really convenient to get a training sesh in without having plan around other schedules as much. Seems like there are a few places in here, like upstairs, that could accommodate one pretty easily. Other than that I love this spot!

Cool gym with a large variety of well thought out routes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a nice off vertical section with some cool balancely climbs which you don't see often in gyms.

Excellent facility and stellar staff. There’s a small products area for shoes, gear, clothing, etc. Behind the podium greeting you at the door (for signing in) you can see a decent bouldering gym with a rope climbing gym beyond the entryway. There’s a good vibe of climbing enthusiasts. If you’re a novice, helpful staff is there for guidance and instruction.

Only game in town if you want ropes. Setting is very good and varied, holds are cleaned. Shop sells gear at reasonable prices.Wall a little short by modern standards, but not too bad and you can get a good pump on for sure.No locker rooms. No effective workout/crosstrain area. Not sure where those things would go in the space available but something to note.Membership includes the nearby yoga studio and a bouldering facility on the other side of town, so the value is pretty decent.Would like to see more morning hours here, but the bouldering gym is 24-7.

While not the grandest gym ever (not their fault, due to cost of expansion), I love the community centered around this gym and it's a great way to stay in shape and make some friends. The staff are chill and super helpful
