Jamie is a great manager and the store is first class. They have a large assortment of good quality items. If you are looking for something specific, feel free to ask any of the great employees at Route 66 Goodwill!

I gave one star and they don't even deserve that, I went to drop off some donations and the employee came out to collect, she didn't say a word, just threw the stuff in a bin and waited for the next person behind us,no hello,no thank you,no nothing, she was so rude, friendly service is very important, especially in a place like goodwill.

They had two Walmart brand pillows that are normally $3.94 at brand new in the bag so I asked him how much they wanted they said 15.99 because it's a the only cost for the same pillow at Walmart $3 to 4 bucks I explained that to the lady they said that's the price I thought Goodwill sold you stuff and now they're claiming if it comes in new condition they charge way more than retail price

This location was just OK compared to other Arizona locations. Prices were fairly high so we passed on a lot. When will management realize that pricing slightly lower overall will help them make more sales in the long run?

The prices at this location are insane - rarely saw articles of clothing under $10 (including fast fashion brands). Name brand items are priced to gouge - $20 for a Ralph Lauren button down, or $30 for Lucky Bran jeans?? You’ll find cheaper prices at consignment stores like Plato’s Closet or Buffalo Exchange, and likely same prices for new items at Marshall’s, etc.Don’t waste your time visiting this Goodwill.

Very rarely give 1 Star reviews. But, seems to be that all Goodwills now a days deserve one. The prices for a donation center are being priced as if the items are brand new. My husband used to be a manager at Goodwill years back and always comments on how much he would actually charge for it verse now. They closed down the fitting room for “Covid” and never reopened it. Really irritating because they are being sneaky so that you just buy their item and then if you want to return it you only get store credit to get some other item that might not work again.I go out of my way to donate to Savers now. They run it well.

It's absolutely sad what Goodwill gets away with. They dont have fitting rooms anymore for no reason. They don't allow refunds, only store credit. The prices are gouged for no reason. Its wild to know a place receiving donated items are charging like new prices. Why are dingey stretched out shirts 10 dollars?? There's no reason for them to be inflating their prices. It's honestly sick how this was for low income people to get some clothes and now it's a place for quirky people to have "fun" buying things. They set the prices in store and it's weird for them to slap a 40 dollar sticker on something that doesn't even work and is smashed but can lower it if asked. It should've newer been that much to begin with.

I get that they hire people who need job training and that the checkout lines will be slow and they are slow they are very very very very slow. But the biggest issue is how terribly the place is managed. It seems like every other customer needs to have a call for the manager at checkout and they just take forever or never appear. They won't put up a sign that says form one line for the registers, they just scold people every so often who get in line in front of an open register or they will say nothing and allow people to cut in front of customers who have been waiting for a long time. And when they open up a new register to take pressure off the long line every other retailer on the planet takes the next person in line, Goodwill just throws open the register and watches the mayhem start.Their charitable mission is to train people for work , how ironic that their management is so so unaware, incompetent and inept... I imagine they are cranking out some top flight , sought after talent.

The worst customer service experience. The manager hung up on me while I was explaining my situation. SAVERS will appreciate you. NEVER GOING TO ANOTHER GOODWILL IN NORTHERN ARIZONA. It's kinda confusing that your Barnes & Noble space hasn't opened? Get a better team together.

Overpriced! If the shelves are too full, and many items left unpriced, that's a sign. Clean/large.
