Wonderful experience here with Chris! He is extremely helpful, honest, responsive, and knowledgeable. Buying a car couldn’t have been easier. No pressure to buy a car either given their sales model. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing experience! I needed an oil change and these guys were fast, efficient and full service. I enjoyed the lounge while I waited, and before I knew it, the service was done. Highly recommend!

I went car shopping here and found all vehicles marked welllllllllll above MSRP. I picked up a new Forester at Peoria Subaru for $7k LESS than what this dealership was offering for the exact same model. Flagstaff is expensive enough without getting gouged at this dealership.

I don't think any words I could write would even come close to how great this place is. I just purchased a new vehicle from them and the experience was great! I was not initially ready to buy, and these guys were very patient with me and continued to answer questions until I was ready to make a purchase. I felt welcome every time I went in to ask more questions and there was never any pressure. In the end I got a great deal on my new car, and was taken around to meet the service staff who would be performing the free maintenance that came with the car. Shout out to Josh, who was the main person helping me through the purchase! He was so easy to work with. Credit goes to Jason and others for their help as well. These guys work as a team and everyone made me feel welcome.

Subaru, I am in love!!! Most of my friends and relatives are telling me that they currently have a Subaru, or used to, & wish they still did! The buying process with Nick Dorsch was very pleasant. He takes as much time with you as you wish. Answers many questions, and LISTENS. Nick told me that all sales employees are on salary, NOT commission with means a more honest interaction. We highly recommend talking to Nick, and test driving an excellent vehicle, Subaru! Looking forward to years and years of enjoyment! Thanks Nick, and thanks Flagstaff Subaru! Holly and Robbie

I guess they have a problem communicating with each department - especially to the service department. Brought our vehicle there today for the recall notice we receive in our mail. I called flagstaff subaru two days prior to make an appointment. I ask the lady on the phone that day how long it will take them to finish the job. She told me it can be done in two hours. So I chose 2pm for the appointment. We arrived early around 1pm only to be told the service would take a whole day to get the job done. Me and wife got disappointed since we were not informed correctly. We had other plans that day and neither made preparations to leave the car and stay overnight. Overall, we wasted our time going there without our vehicle being service. So frustrating!

Will be avoiding the service center in the future. The advisor, Caetlyn, was great but everything else… be prepared to wait hours, even with an appointment and to spend 3-4x more on service here compared to other places. At other Subaru dealerships I’ve gone to for maintenance on my car, I was given the results of their multi-point inspection as well. That was missed here, hopefully all is well with my vehicle as the checkout was rushed (probably due to the fact my appointment was at 1, and check out was around 5 shortly before they close) and I wasn’t told much about how my car was looking. Not impressed overall

Our salesman, Nick Dorsch, was very knowledgeable about the process and the car. He was also very low key and didn’t pressure us at all. He worked with us to ensure that a majority of the deal was worked out before we even showed up to the dealership!

Don't go into the Service Department without an appointment! We were driving through Arizona and had a few warning lights come on. Checked in as soon as they opened at 7am hoping to at least get a quick check on the light. They were pretty rude about the fact that we didn't have an appointment, and we had to wait hours just to get the light checked to see if there was a major issue..... They were friendly overall, but the diagnosis was wrong. We took it to another dealer and they fixed the problem.

Very pleased with our experience purchasing our vehicle! This is my first time buying a Subaru but I had always heard that the dealership experience with Subaru is much better there than other places. I can certainly confirm this! When I’ve been to other places, I feel like the sharks are circling. It’s an uncomfortable experience with pushy salespeople that often speak only to my husband (a HUGE pet peeve of mine). All that stuff is an immediate NO.We had the opposite experience at Subaru Flagstaff. We worked with Joseph Bahena and he could not have been nicer or more accommodating! He helped us in every aspect, including some additional various snags that came up, and kept in communication (at our request) regarding our incoming vehicle. Once it came in, he went over all the features, answered every question we had and was easy-going and pleasant the entire time. I highly recommend Joseph and Flagstaff Subaru!

I had my recall appointment on 10:00. They told me it’s gonna take about 3-4 hours over the phone.Drove all the way from Sedona. Got there 9:30, which is 30 min before the appointment.Dropped off my car and asked how long it’s gonna take, and they said 3-4 hours. went out to watch a movie, and came back on around 1. And they haven’t touched my car.Talked to the manager and he said all techs are busy and haven’t had chanced to touch my car yet. I have appointment so I asked for loaner car but they are all out of.Still at dealer waiting on my car to get the recall done.What kind of service is this?What’s the meaning of appointment?I love Subaru but this dealer needs to fix a lot of problem.Service is horrible here. I would not recommend to get anything done here. Baaaaaad dealer

I came to the Subaru dealership at 4910 E Marketplace Dr, Flagstaff, AZ 86004 for a simple question about my Subaru car, there were 2 agents helping customers so I waited till they finish, one of the agents had already finished with his customer and I was expecting him to approach me with help, but he ignored me and sat back at his desk. I thought he was tight up so I waited for the other guy to finish, I ended up waiting for about one hour and a half hour till I approached the guy myself asking my question which he answered it in less than 5 minutes. Totally not satisfied with the bad customer service ?
