Cute boutique motel. Rooms are revamped and vintage style, it's cute, nice finishing touches. It's what I'd expect with a high traffic, mountain destination, college town hotel. The price was decent, can't complain. Plus their lobby, bar restaurant and lounge area is decorated nice and pretty much has everything you need if you didn't want leave the premises. Coffee, cocktails, food. Plus it's within walking distance to many places. There were a couple minor tweaks that could be made- floor swept especially by bed and under bed, they provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the shower wall but our body wash was completely empty, neighbors played music until 2 am and we could hear it all night through our wall, and also smelled like they were smoking. But overall the motel itself was worth the value we paid. We also stayed Tuesday- Wednesday not weekend prices.

We stayed this past Monday. I booked 2 rooms, paid extra for my dog, and opted to try the "Nordic spa" after seeing an influencer promote it on Instagram. They did nit honor the 20% code she gave me because "I should have given it to them at booking instead of checkout". The lobby and rooms were cute. I really enjoyed the novelty items in the general store, the games, and the outdoor fireplaces. My room's tape player didn't work but the pour-over coffee and creamer pouches made up for it. I am glad we had bags for the dog dirt because they don't have any bags or receptacles there - the trash cans were further away and overflowing the whole time. Someone even asked his breed how much my dog weighed when we were hanging out outside because they are strict about size. I told my son just to say he was a pure bred good boy and 75 the last time we checked, ha! The sauna itself was nice inside of it however there was sand inside because it's easy to track in dirt from outside. The water and cooler was nice to have but was missing an outdoor shower - you should rinse before and after sauna so you dont get the room or your clothes dirty. Calling the pool a cold plunge is misleading and a stretch. They should have just had a private stock tank for that. We opted to just sit at the private fireplace between rounds to cool down and that was nice enough (minus sand on the feet so bring flip flops). HCML if you read this, we have ideas to help make the spa way better on a budget! My first sauna was in Europe so I was lucky enough to have the experience For reference and there is definitely etiquette and sauna culture to draw inspiration from that would put it over the top. Cute little place for sure. I would stay again.

Nice experience. Hot saunas, cold pool, and a hot tub. Very friendly staff. Make plans for a shower afterwards, no showers on site except at the hotel.

A truly unique experience with exceptionally well thought-out details and amenities that rival a 5-star hotel stay. I'm rarely impressed with any particular hotel having stayed in literally hundreds around the world but I was thoroughly impressed by what this one offers despite being quite different from most hotel experiences....From the unique tea and coffee pods offered in each room to the plethora of games for family and friends to enjoy in the lobby area there is something for everyone. When staying here you'll get more than just a place to sleep; you get a cozy resort vibe that leaves you feeling like you don't want to leave. For couples looking for a romantic getaway, no stone was left unturned. Even the flattering lighting options in the rooms are conducive to just about any taste, Yet it's as fun and social for families and friends as it is romantic for couples.

Beautiful beautiful lodge. The food is impeccable we had the cosmos pizza and one of the sandwiches and it was insanely tasty. The cocktails were great also. The entire property is very beautiful and trendy/moody. Only thing I have to say is the a/c / heating is EXTREMELY loud it made it hard to sleep and I'm a heavy heavy sleeper and the people above us were loud and you could hear every footstep. Overall super clean and cozy we'll definitely be staying here again.

EVERYTHING!! About this place is fantastic, well thought out, well designed, with a great peculiar vibe. Pop a cassette tape in, make a coffee, chill... the beds are super comfy, rooms are configured effectively. A true travelers delight, best travel lodge I've been to. We'll try the sauna & plunge next go round. American Sunset - Jack Adkins for the win.

This is my 4th times staying here. They're a dog friendly hotel and so convenient that they have the restaurant here then you can chill out at the patio and look at the stars at night.. such a great place

Vibe was young, hip, and fun but the drink prices were ridiculously high! Ambience was very cool.

My wife and I were passing through Arizona and decided to stay here. This place seemed like the best choice for us. If it weren't for the nice girl at the gift shop, we'd give you zero stars. We had dinner at your location, seemed logical and it was a bit busy on a Friday night; it's what we're told as being unusual. Your restaurant/bar girls had a bad attitude and so rude. When the bill arrived of course we didn't tip any of them. Fast forward days later, we asked for the folio, we noticed the cost for dinner and two cocktails was different and higher. We asked for copy of that specific receipt. Surprise, surprise, your staff cancelled our original receipt, created a new one and tipped themselves!! Who the fuck does that!? YOUR staff did!! We called to dispute it and of course we received no assistance. You offered to pull the cameras, which you didn't end up doing, of course. We know what we signed for, we deliberately didn't tip your staff. The service sucked! Just like your salads and pizzas! It's a shame that there are people like this and that you are allowing this type of behavior and taking advantage of travelers because the options are so limited in such a small town. But, you best belief that if this continues, you won't last in business. What a shame.......

To start... THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY PLACE. If you want to leave you're dog at the hotel to get breakfast/lunch/or dinner. Your dog better not bark at all or you will get bombarded with phone calls from the hotel to come back for your dog. The walls are paper thin. We didn't get to enjoy our New Years plans due to this not being a pet friendly hotel. When I asked what alternatives we had to try to solve this issue the receptionist suggestions were: 1.) leave your dog in the car (even if it is 18 degrees that night) 2.) leave the hotel 3.) Get charged an additional $100 for disturbing guest (this is on top of all ready paying the $125 pet fee) After speaking to a rude front desk receptionist (long blond hair), I asked to speak to manager at least three times before speaking to him. Thankfully the manager was friendly and understanding to our frustrations. We didn't get charged the $100 fee, but we couldn't leave the hotel without our dog which made it very difficult. Over all, this is a beautiful renovated hotel, but not if you have dogs (even if it's a tiny miniature dachshund.) It doesn't matter if they say quiet hours are after 8:30. They will call you at any hour if your dog is barking. But if you do have kids they are more than welcome to scream and run around at any time of day. I include a video of use returning to our room and our dog not barking, as well as photos of our dog freezing outside on New Years Eve.

Really cool spot in Flagstaff. This is somewhat under the radar. Not sure when it opened but definitely one of the nicer places to stay in Flagstaff. The common areas are really nice. I loved the decor. They have a nice store where you can buy gifts. We really enjoyed hanging out at the bar. They also have a pool table and a big selection of table games. Outside there's multiple fire pits and a pool. They also have hot tub. The rooms were okay, not as nice as the common areas but we slept very comfortably. I loved the hot tea bags they had in the room. I would definitely come and stay again.

Wonderful and accommodating. Stayed in one of the cottages, bed was very comfortable, very quiet and slept like a baby. The bar was nice and the fire pits were a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!
