Prices are not as marked, employees didn't care to change them on the shelves. Employee was just sitting, rather than correcting the tags.

Very helpful stuff! A blonde women ( not sure her name) spent some time helping me pick out my supplements, which I appreciated since I'm pretty new to this. She spent time going in depth about the different options and I had and explained them in a why that made sense to me. She helped me decide on the creatine and protein I ended up getting!

Store hours on the doors do not match up with online hours. Even when they were open I couldn't be helped because the employee didn't have a register open.

Went during store hours no lights, no one in sight, and no notice on door stating why the were closed during store hours.

Google says they close at 6. Around 5 the worker was already locking the front door.

I wont even give them 1 star, but no choice to do a review. Went there Saturday& Monday during business hours door lock no one was there. Went Tuesday during business hours and door was lock there was a guy at counter heard door shake and ran and hid in back. Called about 20 time over the last few days, no answer! Sign on door has hours posted, the store then should be open. Store is 30 minutes from my home, this gives GNC a really bad name!!!

They're never open when I show up, online says open. You call no one answer show up closed.. probably not the best way to run a business.

Bruh. Went 2 times this week around 3pm. Randomly closed for whatever reason both times. Says that the store is “temporally closed” They have some qualityyyy stuff inside, if they’ll ever let you in. I’ll change the review to 5 starts if they reimburse me for gas money smh.

On multiple occasions, in my experience, the cashier goes to the back for extended periods and you have to go track them down, or they leave the store and close it all together during posted business hours. I Suggest calling before you go, every time. Zero customer service and intermittent staffing.

Went to buy knee herb and found store required a mask. The mask is useless and the mask reqiirement shows a lack of reguard for customers. Did not go in.

Went to pick up an Amazon package. Lady there was extremely rude and condescending. Ignored me in favor of another (female) customer, and when she finally got my package from the back, she didn't bring it to me. She left it on a shelf at the rear of the store and told me to go and get it myself. I can't remember when I was treated so shoddily. Also, I just noticed another reviewer said basically the same thing. Had to have been the same employee.
