Overall nice place but when I asked the morning desk person for some assistance she was very rude and didn't seem to have any time for people checking out, I guess she figured I had already paid and I was no longer willing to help. I thought maybe she was having a bad day, so my wife went in a little bit later and it was the same attitude. Very unprofessional. I have numerous options in the area, I guess I will be using them the next time I am in town.

It wasn’t just the 3/4 inch gap in our door where the wind viciously blew through or the plastic tape holding the window in or the yellow sheets. It simply wasn’t as described and I really think the representatives of booking sites should maybe actually go to the places. Clearly that was not the case here.

The room we stayed in was nice. The amenities were updated better than what was expected considering the outside appearance. The pillows were soft and the bed felt new and plush, Again, not what I expected when we pulled up. After my wife told me it was $80 a night while walking up the stairs to the 2nd floor, I was like, "looks about right", then I saw the room and felt the bed. Smokin price considering the cost of things now days. Would have not flintched if she told me it was $150 a night, that's how comfortable the bed was. They did have breakfast available. Toast, bread, cereals, juices, and two hot items that were a breakfast burrito (which was pretty good) and a sausage English muffin sandwich. Would stay again at this location.

The rooms are well insulated from noise and are well tempered. Breakfast is lousy. If you can, bring your food. The beds are hard as are the pillows. The wi-fi works very well. It is very well located. The room was not very clean, there were pet hairs and other people's hair on some of the towels, as if they were not changed between one guest and another, we asked for extra towels. They are very friendly in their treatment.

We stayed at this hotel last night, never again. The front desk person was very rude and more worried about her paperwork than the guests.Greentree Inn’s website states breakfast is from 7am to 10am on weekends. When we asked her for breakfast at 9:03am, she very rudely said breakfast was done. I showed her that the website said 10am and she rudely stated that there was only one person there and she had too much paperwork to serve breakfast. When I informed her that we would never stay here again, she replied FINE. When I asked her name, she hesitated then said her name. This is no way to treat a guest, I have stayed at the Phoenix location and everything was great, the guy at the front desk last night said this was a much nicer hotel than the Phoenix location, and he was wrong. There are many options in Flagstaff and we only chose this hotel due to my prior experience at the Phoenix location. We could have stayed at another hotel for almost half the cost, lesson learned.Stating breakfast is included with the room, as part of the rate, and not honoring your own hours as stated on the company website is false advertising. There is also constant road noise that doesn’t stop all night.

Breakfasts time was from 6 to 9am but people arriving at 8:30am was being told that the kitchen just had one person and there was no more food to be brought outside.

The room we had (Grand Canyon Suite) was great. I am not giving 5 stars overall bc the place is a little bit run down and I am not sure how the other rooms compare. I think we had one of the best rooms. Our room was incredibly spacious, clean, 2 double beds and a sofa bed which was great for the 5 of us. the bathroom was brand new, with 2 synchs and a separate shower and toilet room. The breakfast was ok, but sufficient to get you going. You have to ask for the sandwiches in the reception and then they bring them to you. They were breakfast burrito (with eggs) or a bagel with scramble eggs. Otherwise the breakfast room has cereal, different kinds of breads you can toast and some fruits, all of which you can take right away, only the sandwiches need pre-ordering. I felt bad for the poor young lady working in the reception because she was the only one taking the orders and running back and forth to the kitchen to get the sandwiches and then give them to the folks who ordered. All while still attending the front desk, the calls, and cleaning up/refilling items in the breakfast room. I don't remember her name, but she was very kind, never lost her cool regardless of the many folks asked her for things and multitasking so much. GreenTree staff, she needed help!!!Location is great, across the street from Walmart and some restaurants and clos to the highway (but not too close where you hear it or anything). No frills place, but I would definitely stay here again.

Great value and good service as well. Room was clean and decent. I called and asked for extra blankets and they came right away. Definitely better than other options in the area.

Rooms are renovated but old, walls are paper thin, my bed sheets were super thin, one of then look like it had been chewed on. The receptionist said the easiest way to get to my room was to park in front of it, unfortunatelt they booked all the rooms on the same side od the hotel so I had to drag all my stuff to my room feom across the parking lot. The website said breakfast was served til 930, when I went up at 9 they said breakfast was closed. I'm pretty sure one of the beds in my room didn't have the sheets changed because they were wrinkled and creased as if someone was sleeping in them. This is all after the receptionist didn't want to honor the Google advertised price when I checked in, he told me it wouldn't be cheaper. Google:$45 my stay $75. Considering I didn't eat, shower and I checked in at 9pm, I should've slept in my truck in the walmart across the street. The doors cave the outside so anyone talking, rolling luggage across your door will be loud.
