Staff was very professional and helpful. Manager even printed a manuel for a clearance item to be sure all parts were included before sale was finalized. HF takes customer service serious and i will continue to shop here for my tool supplies.

Tracie the "supervisor" was one of the rudest b**ches at the store. She was yelling at her employees. She was working as a cashier, she was rude to many customers and was upset when we didn't get a gift card to add to our purchase. This store needs a new supervisor!

Typica strip mall Harbor Freight. Has an amazing variety packed into the store. Obviously it's not hi end tools but they'll get the job done if you have the know how and for much less $$.

Tall blonde haired fella talks to his customers like we are his employees. Can’t imagine how this dude deals with his coworkers. Awful man. Never in a good mood and always makes a scene when asked to open the bathroom door for elderly customers. And you have to search for someone, because they are understaffed, to open the bathroom. It’s always nice feeling like I’m shopping in the ghetto. Won’t be back. 0/10 recommend.

Just in town for the weekend and decided to visit the Harbor Freight store for some needed tools for my travels. Cashier, I believe she said her name was Erica, was helpful and informative. Though she did mention and try to get me to sign up for some rewards/membership program, I sadly declined as there is no Harbor Freight in the town I reside. I don’t usually post reviews so I hope the store manager actually does read this post and shares my thanks with her.

Not all Harbor Freights are created equal, but this is a nice one. Add to that, on one of my visits, the manager went above and beyond to resolve a purchase issue I had.

Do not ever buy this brand, worst epoxy in the market and harbour freight refused to accept it for return. It isonly around 2 bucks but the thought of being trick into buying something you expect would work is frustrating.

There's a new girl, Courtney Haskell who works at your store and she is rude and belligerent. I've had two interactions with her and both times Courtney acted like I was bothering her and she had said some derogatory comments. She's on drugs, I saw her dealing in the parking lot. Please use better judgement when hiring people. I will not be back

I was Standing in line waiting for the cashier to get back when she got back she offered another gentleman witch was cool we’re I lost it was when she pointed at me and said “I don’t know what she’s doing” as if I couldn’t hear everything. Extremely rude I couldn’t I just had to walk out

Employees here are so rude! No hello when you walk in, no one asking if you need help, and when you try to talk to the employees you can tell they get annoyed. Quit if you don’t like your job.
