My son was here for 3 days. They told me he opened the doors to school and got out. If my 2 year old son can get out they need to secure their doors more. The owner was not concerned about my sons safety at all and only spoke if his financial concerns about my son being able to open the doors and get out. Place is also old and the caretakers all look unhappy and stressed out. If you can find another daycare I would definitely not recommend this daycare. Place is also very old and smells musty and like mold.

Absolutely terrible! The fact that this center is still even open is appalling. They have had children leave the school and end up downtown alone on more than one occasion in a week. Children on top of shelving, biting, scratching eachother faces leaving gouges. Directors and assistant directors quit and then replacements quit even faster. The owners have their heads so far up their own you know what's.Picking up my friends child yesterday I walked into the classroom and the teacher was just chilling on her phone so I gave high fives to all the kiddos I recognized on the way out and the owner helicoptering around told me not to disrupt the lesson (they weren't having) and when I informed him the teacher was on her phone he responded with "Well, you're not allowed to come back here, how about that?" So there is something definitely not ok about that, he doesn't like to be called out.Do not send your child to this establishment by any means, its over priced to begin with for the terrible care your precious children don't deserve.I would add photos of the DEEP scrapes on my friends child's face but it’s unnecessary ?

This facility is not very clean, is outdated and run down and could definitely use a renovation. They are understaffed and there have been multiple times during drop off where there are over 16 kids between the ages of 1 and 4 together in one room. Not safe to have babies and preschoolers crammed into one room like that! I have never seen kids sick so often like this ever in my life-and that's how I know they don't clean. Even staff are always sick and calling off. Due to staffing issues there are times when they've closed. Many staff are illiterate and unprofessional and relay incorrect information. There are a few who are professional and care about the children but I'm not sure how they're still in business. Would not recommend to any families that have morals, standards or basic common sense or care about the well being of their child. Spend money somewhere else

Head Heart Hands as allowed my one year old son develop skills and a great foundation I didn't know was possible! He is so learning and practicing skills that are above his level and he is loving it! Head Heart Hands staff is very communicative, loving and friendly. My son loves all his teachers and friends that he has made in there! I am very happy to be apart of the community.

We send our infant twins there and they are so nice. The staff is personable and you can tell, just loves children and loves what they do. A nurturing, friendly place.
