There is excellent customer service out there, but High Altitude went beyond that. Even before we were clients they went out of their way too answer questions. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs.

I recently took my car to High Altitude Garage to have cosmetic work on the right rear end of my car. I am very pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. As a woman, going to a body shop can feel intimidating, but the staff of High Altitude Garage made me feel comfortable right away and were incredible reliable. They're a local small, family run business who genuinely care about their customers and their work.
What stood out to me the most was their transparency and communication. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions without any condescension, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They got my vehicle back to me on time, and I don’t notice the area that was repaired anymore as it blends well. It’s refreshing to have a reliable, trustworthy body shop who I know I can count on. I love supporting local businesses, especially ones like this that truly go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Embarrassing HACKS - This shop had my Honda Pilot for nearly 3 weeks. They kept saying "Honda" put the wrong parts in the correct box. 3 Times Kaizen allowed them to with parts, still nothing and not fixed. I demanded my vehicle be sent to Honda. Honda checks out the vehicle, PARTS WERE 100% CORRECT - The reason the Radar was not communicating is because it had a BLOWN FUSE - FACT! and DOCUMENTED. No accountability from this garage. Of course the same from KAIZEN . Thanks to them, I had to wait an extra month because they obviously didn't know what they were doing . No offer to reimburse me for the rental we had to pay for, neither from them to Kaizen, No offer to reimburse my insurance company for the tow to Phoenix either. Put this shop on the Flagstaff list of shops that over charge and under deliver . See screen shot from Honda Dealer about the blunder from this place. Look at the cost also, I'd bet this shop charges more than the dealer for calibrations . Go ahead and try to prove me wrong.

I am very happy with the staff and their work. I needed an update done on my car's computer system after replacing a battery. They had me in and out within 90 minutes of my call and for half the price of the other garages.
