Dayli was incredible! And so was Channel (intern)! I visited every day for a week finding the right combination of tiles for our primary en-suite remodel. Everyone was patient, helpful, and kind. All inquiries were handled quickly. So glad we used Highlands Floor Coverings for this project.

We had them recarpet our house. They had a good selection, good quality carpets, pretty fast scheduling of installation, and the installer did a good job. Really appreciated their no-pressure approach.
