I went here to get a key made last Monday. When in the hardware section by the key making equipment not a single employee around. So I waited patiently for 10 minutes to see if someone would come by or flag down someone. After 10 minutes I asked the cashier girl to ask for assistance for me. I heard the intercom saying assistance to hardware for key making assistance. Waited 15 more minutes no sign of any employee?? Then another customer asked for key making assistance. Another 15 minutes passed not a single employee came to help. That's 40 minutes of wasted of my time with no help. Also tried to get help in electrical after zero help. I went to Ace Homeco today and got what I needed and assistance in less than 8 minutes. Never going back to Home ghetto again!!!

Thanks to the fellow at West Home Depot in Flagstaff who helped me figure out how to make secure footing for the birds on my heated water bowl!! I continued it along the sides for all of the shorter non-winged critters in the area who might welcome a warm drink in the deep cold.

This is a formal complaint in regards to freedom of speech violations from employee Jaiden claiming as I was speaking to my husband she interjected saying " I don't like the words you are using with your husband, this makes me uncomfortable." In turn the man with a mustache raised his voice stating to leave the store, denied us picking up an order and taking money out of our household. Mind you we were discussing the employee service desk RACIST behavior towards us as an interracial married couple. As soon as the term RACISM/RACIST (because this make white people or those who identify as white including Hispanic white "uncomfortable") came up they attempted to make us leave as we were talking to each other, not engaging with them. We are not banned from Home Depot and will continue to make money off this corporation...all while filing violations on any individual employee/ store of denial of public accommodations and freedom of speech.

I would like to shout out to Cord and Kaelin (sorry if it is spelled wrong). Here is why:I had a dishwasher installed by the geeks at Best Buy and it was not working. They told me it was the dishwasher that was broken. When they came to replace it a different guy informed me the pipe was broke on my plumbing (from the first install) … so the OG geeks that installed it left my house like “all good” not letting me know they broke the valve on my plumbing. :( I waited WEEKS for the replacement and to hear it was the plumbing THEY busted! Super bummer.K and C spent about a half hour with me, tears and all (other stuff in life - it stacks up). They found the valve I need. Talked me through what and how to do the replacement and gave me a pep talk to build me back up.So thank you, Cort and Kaelin, at Home Depot West side; I appreciated your efforts, help, encouragement and support.

... Having worked for a good number of vendors for Home Depot for over 2 decades I have noticed that the out of the way and small town stores are generally better run, better stocked and usually cleaner, and this store is no exception...... And it's half the size of your regular HD, I probably talked to at least 5 employees while I was in the store which has to be a record...

This is one of two Home Depots in Flagstaff. It's a very nice place and the people are always really friendly. I like this location over the other one because the east location smells like dog food because of the Purina plant that sits right there. It's a horrible location to try to go to because the smell of dog food is so bad.Anyway, this Home Depot is clean and always stocked with all the products I need.

People working here seem to not care about customers. I understand they are working, and they are busy . But to have you outside waiting for almost an hour to load up a pallet is unbelievable. I had to go inside and remind them about the pallet( while they were just standing there talking ) smh.

This has been the most screwed up appliance purchase I've ever had. I own rental properties. I buy a lot of appliances. I purchased 6 appliances for a new rental in the Flagstaff/oak Creek Canyon area. In other words, I bought new appliances for the entire rental property. The older man in appliances department was great to work with. The problem began when 2 or the 6 appliances weren't correct at delivery. One was damaged and one was the wrong size. Trying to get these re-ordered and delivered via TempCo has been the worst experience. If it weren't for the original man in the appliance department (older guy, very knowledgeable), I might have just given up and purchased the refrigerator and microwave in Phoenix and driven it up. (I should have done this.) . I tried calling TempCo as instructed by the staff at Home Depot; both times I was on hold for over 30 minutes and never was able to speak to anyone. Is this Russia? I cannot even begin to describe the issues in trying to get confirmation of my order, refund information, and schedule delivery, Both appliances are to be delivered this Friday and I still have not received the refund on the refrigerator, so we will see if it's still a complete fiasco. Mind you, I have to drive up from Phoenix to receive these so scheduling is important--and trying to get confirmation a few days ahead is impossible. I will never purchase another appliance through Home Depot again, it's a waste of my time. The TempCo experience has been horrendous, the absolute worst customer experience of my life. Home Depot should get rid of this branch of their service, it is awful.

Bought carpet, the first time I tried to buy a remnant piece because I didn't need a lot. But the associate said that the remnant piece was covered by stuff and it would be over two hours before he could get it out.Today the help was like pulling teeth. They basically plopped the carpet as seen on the cart and walked away. Not secure it rolls off.I had to ask them to help because they were busy standing nearby and saw what happened but looked away. After asking for a second time for help that is when I decided to start filming. The associate decided carrying the pad was going to be easier. Then I went to the paint department and waited 20 minutes for help and after being paged three times over loud speaker for someone to go to the paint department, finally a young girl showed up to help.Another customer stated there were several employees standing around the front entrance chatting with each other. When he asked them for help they said "we just got here" and gave him a dirty look. The worst customer service experience at home Depot I've had in several years.

Is this a hardware store or a dog park? Change your policy. I don't want strangers dogs bothering me while I Shop.

Good store! Workers are nice. You will probably only get asked if you need help about five times so you will still have time to shop. Would be great if they could cut metal down to size like they do for wood and pvc but I get it

Our landlord hired installers from here to put in a new stove. They attempted to remove the gas line, couldn't get it off, and then didn't correctly tighten it again. Claimed they'd call plumbers to get it fixed and then left and left the new stove in the middle of the kitchen without taking the old one out. So they started a gas leak, and left us with two totally useless stoves. Literally the worst appliance experience I've had in my whole life, and I cannot for the life of me seem to contact someone who can actually fix the situation.
