We went in for paint and left with my daughter in tears. The guy in paint screamed at us and it scared her. We have been coming here for years and i mean 3 to 4 times a week now we will not be.

Horrible I was double charged within a minute. Try to call their bookkeeping and I was told it is on my banks and it was $183. They will not own up to it now I have to ask for my bank to process a double charge dispute it which takes 60 days the cashier processed it twice she said that I pulled out my car too early and charged me again super young inexperienced and the help there is horrible. You cannot find any help to do anything. You have to look for items yourself. I will never go back to this place again. I will go somewhere else that has better service and does not charge you twice on the cashier in.

The online ordering service sucks. I place 2 orders in the last week and 75% of my items was canceled due to inaccurate stock availability. When I contacted customer service all they would do for me was "place another order" for me and ship it to my home 7-10 day out. The rep mentioned because it was delivered from the store and they did not have it in stock so it was automatically canceled. The website states one item had 4 in stock (at local store) and 66 available for delivery (same item, store on the other side of town shows 13 in stock). The other item shows it had 311 available for delivery! I only ordered online because of the online only bulk discount. Maybe Home Depot needs to offer the same discount online AND in store!
The store it self is nice. The front area feeling cluttered and over stocked. Its hard to pass another customer. Only a couple of employees truly knows the products. Most of them "just works there." Plenty of parking but it feels the spots are made for passenger cars and not pick up trucks.

It's Flagstaff so if you need a "special part" expect them to offer to order it for you but you are honestly better off ordering it yourself and it will arrive sooner. And by comparison, nothing like Phoenix persay as far as assistance goes, and that's in general across the board. In comparison to the other Flagstaff location here's what I've noticed:
This location has much worse correspondence with customers and if you need help you will have to wander around to locate someone to locate someone else which can take 45 min. Where as the other location staffs more college kids but you are much more likely for someone to ask you if you need help. And believe it or not the college kids assisting you do actually know whatever section or job that's been assigned to them. Not to mention they are much faster at the other location. Now this location seems to be a bit bigger and may have more inventory but I only think that matters if you're just window shopping. Lol
This last time I went I waited over an hour for someone to walk by and ask if I needed help, meanwhile I was on my phone reading information about the product I needed...let me state that it was obvious I needed assistance because I talk out loud, such as "What?! That makes no sense. So then none of these would work.." so you get the point... the employees basically wait for you to run them down and if you do then you exist... if you don't jump in front of them and demand help....forget it.

Any location you go to State wide usually have the materials you were looking for but rarely have the knowledgeable helpful assistance that they were known for. Not this location everyone was extremely helpful and knew what they were talking about.

I came in to get vinyl lattice caps. Thought it would be a quick in and out. But all of the tan ones were badly warped from heat exposure and unusable. Sorting through the white ones, I found enough for my project, but most of them were warped too.

I recently visited this Home Depot as I needed to get some paint for the exterior of my home. One of the associates, named Hero helped me. He was super knowledgeable and was able to color match a small sample of paint. All while he was assisting me with multiple paint options that I needed, one person after the next kept interrupting us. Hero was able to continue to help me, answer other’s questions, look up merchandise, and point people in the direction to find what they were looking for. I was blown away with how calm, kind, and professional he was with everyone as he multitasked. This young man has such a strong work ethic and deserves to be recognized for his over-the-top customer service skills. Well done, Hero! Thank you for all your help.
