We have a military ID and Home Depot use to give a 10% discount....well not on everything. Home Depot is choosing what will and will not be accepted for the discount. Be aware those that have served our country Home Depot is putting the screws to you.

Better n better. Their music system has been down. I love it. They have the worst "music". Pity those who work there. Unfortunately I'm sure it'll be fixed. Then I'll knock off a star.

I walked in to buy a particular type of light bulb and as I was searching, Scott, walked up to us to offer help! So unusual for Home Depot! He was very helpful and thoughtful. I'm leaving this positive review because of him! Thanks Scott!

Typical of big box stores in the past few years. Bewildering variety of items in all departments but floor help is not to be found.One register open with very long line. Self check out don't cut it with a cart full of bulky items.I walked out with making a planned purchase.

I do a lot of walking with my dog they usually have to help but I need the employees of courteous and pleasant to deal with they usually have everything I need and the prices are good I recommend you stop by this one because I am pleased as I need the store with my purchase

The manager Tammy at the east side Home Depot in Flagstaff is awesome! I had an issue with a previously purchased product (12" Ridgid compound miter saw) so I called the store. During the voice recognition automation, I said the word "MANAGER". Surprisingly the store manager Tammy picked up the phone and within minutes with no argument (from myself or Tammy) told me how she was going to correct the problem with my saw (above and beyond all my expectations). I will be making all of my future tool and home improvement purchases from this Home Depot in Flagstaff on the east side on marketplace. Special thanks to Tammy, and all of the staff at this store. P.S. Customer service in retail has dropped off considerably since Covid hit. I'm glad that large corporations are starting to bring it back. Thank you again, Tammy for all your help. Sincerely, Mike

Welcome to being treated as a criminal. Not only are all the tools locked up, there isn’t anyone available to unlock them. Employees standing in the aisle calling for keys, maybe just give them to the employees working the area? Go to harbor freight if you want to be treated like a customer not a hassle.

The Flagstaff East store is usually manned by the college kids, who are not familiar with customer service nor the company systems - when confronted with an issue, they tend to say that 'they can't do that' rather than figuring it out.However, this store is better in receiving the odd online orders, but I still prefer to do my business with the Rt66 store, which is manned by older professionals.

Bought a light bulb with the wrong wattage. Tried to exchange it for the correct one. All I wanted was an exchange. The light bulb was only 8 12. Jessi at customer service was extremely rude and condescending. She hurried through the transaction even though there was no one line. She just said it'll go back on the Visa. I reiterated that I just want an exchange. "I can't do that." Why? "Because they have different skus in my system." I then asked for a gift card. She rolled her eyes and said, "ok. I'll just void the whole transaction and start again." Then proceeded to talk to another associate about voided transactions like I'm not standing in front of them. And laughed about it. Felt very bothered by this. The both of them could've just explained a policy to me instead of making me feel horrible for trying to exchange a light bulb and then having it feel like they were laughing at me is even worse. Got to check out and I gave the cashier my card they just loaded. He then asked for my ID. I asked why? I didn't get an answer. Left the gift card and got to my car only to find out the associate pretended to scan my receipt again. No receipt after having one, and then being rudely asked for my ID for a transaction of 8.12? Do better Home Depot.

Home depot is a big store? So why is it, when i went to the automotive aisle, you had a little section for automitive, and the only rubbing compound you had is Turtle Wax? The absolute worse compound you can buy. It dont, ans it has a 4 for shine. This is 2023 and you are no different than the other stores. Thats because you buy it for $1 from turtle wax. You get what you pay for. Garbage.

Was doing a home remodel and needed all sorts of random stuff-as usual they had all the random stuff I needed and the staff was helpful in the questions I had on locating items. Had to do a return as my toilet was incorrectly sized and they handled it without any issue
