Pro. Our tax professional was extremely helpful and efficient. She was personable, kind and listened to me. She took time to answer my questions, so I feel we filed correctly.*Lori did an excellent job!Con. The only downside is the extremely high cost and extra fees.

Absolutely vile company; they use the money they make from tax prep to lobby Congress so we can't do our own tax prep. They will waste your time and wear you down. Avoid at all cost and bleed the beast.
