Great service. We had two new sets of skis tested and prepped. Very happy with the results! The service technicians I spoke with know what they are doing. Always speak with the technician setting up your gear. (Like knowing who is packing your parachute) I visited with the other shops and this was the only one I felt comfortable leaving my skis and boot with and knowing that they would be properly setup and perform when I put them on.

Drove up from Tucson and was able to have bindings mounted and out the door within an hour. They cannot guarantee this service for everyone but calling ahead, being a good person and bringing a case of beer will help your case!! Best ski shop ever!!!They also had a wide selection of boots bindings and skiis, didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need.

I am old enough to remember when this location first opened. It was the place to go to get skis tuned and anything else that may be needed. All these years later you can walk in and receive the same quality service. The demo skis I rented were outstanding. Eli was a great representative for the business. My son rented skis as well. Even the basic rentals were good quality. I love to see a local business continue to provide quality and service to Flagstaff.

This place is the best! Staff was very helpful working with me and willing to explain different products with honest opinions. Selection was top notch and great deals on last seasons gear. Along with a wide variety of the newest gear. 10/10 would recommend!

These guys are awesome!! I came in close to closing and they still managed to help me out. They helped me pick out an awesome board, boots, bindings, and mounted it all. The guy who helped me had great customer service and was super funny. They also explained how to use all of the parts and the benefits of the board he chose. I hghly recommend this business!

Listen. These guys are the worst. I demoed skis and was super excited and the guys didn’t check them before giving me them. Come to find out that after the day, they had a scratch on the bottom that was “unrepairable.” They made me pay an extra 350$ to buy them new demos. There’s 3 other great shops in Flagstaff that are much better. Don’t come here.

We paid for 2 next-day binding mounts, also bought 2 pairs of bindings, new boots, poles & a number of other items at the shop - spending close to $1500 instead of ordering online - hoping to support a local ski shop. As instructed, we showed up first thing the next morning en route to the mountain to pick up our skis, and the skis hadn’t even been started. We waited over an hour, until we finally got our skis and left an hour later than planned, to join the now hour-long line of traffic we’d hoped to beat by waking up early. When at last we arrived at the mountain, we realized the shop had used somebody’s random boot to mount one of our sets of bindings. We had to drive all the way back down, wait another hour+ to have bindings re-mounted with the proper boot, and missed out on our only full day of skiing because of Humphreys. The employees there in the morning were unapologetic, checked-out and simply unkind. The employees who helped us the first afternoon were helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. We really wanted to love this shop, but by the end of this experience, we left incredibly disappointed. This shop was the only negative part of an otherwise awesome time in Flag.

So I've had two experiences here. They are very friendly and seem really interested in helping you but they are very disorganized up front. My guess is the front folks are maybe newer employees but they're all very nice. Also right now you have to make an appointment for a boot fitting. So if you need new boots right away you'll have to look elsewhere.That's all fine (its the busy season) and not too big of a deal but I also took our gear in, on a seperate occaision, for a tuneup and that where I was very disappointed.Apparently their idea of a tune up is to just add new wax on top of the old and call it good. My board is now slower on the snow than before I got it 'tuned.' After my first couple of runs this season it developed wear spots almost immediately and it's all uneven now because it's just a bunch of built up wax. You can still see the old gouges (and the dirt) in the old wax under the new wax. When I dropped our stuff off they asked if I needed it quickly and since the season hadn't started I told them no. The turn around was still very quick but now I know why. They didn't seem to put much effort into the tune up. Nice people but I don't think I'll be heading there again unless I can't get help elsewhere.

Great service here. Their ski techs are knowledgeable and friendly. I spent several hours with Trevor while buying new gear. I tried on half a dozen pairs of ski boots until we found the best fit for me. Trevor also spent time helping me pick out new skis, explaining the pros and cons of several brands and models. I ended up with new boots, skis and bindings that I'm very happy with. This ski shop is a hidden gem in Northern Arizona. I highly recommend them.....
