Very poor communication with clients. We requested a call from the owner four times and never received that call. No one bothered to tell us the car was there, consequently ended up with a huge bill. We were out of town when it was towed in, and requested to have someone else pick it up for us, when we found out, knowing we’d be gone four weeks. Apparently they couldn’t do that for us. Would’ve been nice if this business could’ve looked at the vehicle registration and notified us. Not all circumstances are the same. Cost an octogenarian a mortgage payment.

After the accident they stole my valuables.
The location of my Asus Rog 7 Ultimate phone shows at this address: Flagstaff E 2nd Ave 1828.
How strange it turned out that their employees lived opposite this address !!!!
I reported this to the company J.E.T.T Towing, but they told me that on the day of the accident, our employee took the truck and trailer to his home (whaaaaaaat?), maybe that's why it shows your smart phone (complete nonsense). Not after that I went to check my truck I still didn’t find anything inside.
I won't leave you until I find my valuables.....

I don't get any of the 5 star post on here. The person at the front office was great, but the tow truck drive that towed my truck after an accident was a joke. They are the tow company for the Flagstaff police department and they will not tow your vehicle straight to your home without jacking up the tow cost. After it was towed I had to go to their yard to schedule another tow to my house. Once the truck was taken to my house the tow truck drive, the same not so great driver, wouldn't put it in the spot I wanted claiming the ground was too soft. Instead he put it in the middle of my driveway and he put it crooked. They may be great when you are stranded, but they suck if you are in an accident.

The cops made me use this towing company, and I already have AAA. It took me 6 days to get my truck back and $360.00.

Got stuck in some severe snow this past Friday night. Gave this towing company a call and got a call back from Steven the driver. With my wife panicking, he was very informative and calmed her down. He found us reassured her, Dug us out of the snow and was very informative of where and where not to go. This driver Steven was different from others. He actually had a personality and had great Customer Service. He’s a bright guy and will go along way. thank you, Steven for your service. We appreciate it.

My converted van broke down on the highway. J.E.T.T. Towing came and helped in no time. Steven was the guy who came out to help me. He was awesome and got the job done fast. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Staff seem to be snobby,I understand they have a job to do ands it requires a lot of fortitude because of towing your vehicle but being nicer when you inquire about it would help. Because they were so uncaring I just left the truck there. Would have helped a bit to afford a little wiggle room. Was 40 dollars short and they refused payment. I understand the nature of the business but rudeness and uncaring is not how it should work. Trucks don’t eat they sit there require no attending out cleaning up after. 50 dollars a day is robbery and holding my truck hostage until I do pay is in my book wrong.
