“Came to the Flagstaff location because I was traveling for business. I was greeted with a welcoming smile from Mariah and an offer to give me assistance. Mariah made me feel very comfortable and was instrumental in suggesting diamonds that can be mounted to nearly anything all in the same day (today). That was important because I fly home tomorrow. I was late shopping this year for an anniversary gift for my wife, and it was just days away. I was introduced by Alberta (store manager) to Ms. Lindsay Fort (Dana Augustine, Inc). Lindsay helped me find the perfect diamond solitaires for an earring set. I chose yellow gold, screw on backs. The Master Jeweler (Mark) set the diamonds perfectly, making a beautiful set of natural +2 ct (total wt.) earrings. Bianca (Assistant Mgr), was extremely kind, offering me any of the store potluck food. Charlize was amazing with demonstrating how the diamonds caught and reflected the light. I couldn’t be happier with the excellent service from everyone that worked in the store, the quick timeline for mounting, the cut/color/clarity and weight. Thank you everyone! This should help me keep her at least one more year…”
