“This company is wonderful, I recommend them to everyone. I use to have preferred home care and what a nightmare that was. They have no idea what they are doing, in a matter of months my bill went from $25.00 dollars a month in July to over $560.00 dollars by December. Preferred home care could not tell me why. I contacted Gabriel at Lincare and he worked for weeks to find the answer. Apparently preferred home care never billed the right insurance to start and what they billed for was chiropractic services and in hospital stays, I never had either of them I had oxygen. Gabriel has gotten my bill rebilled, and im waiting for an answer. Meanwhile I have switched to Lincare and have had no problems. The staff is friendly and willing to help, they listen when you have an issue and work hard to help get it resolved. I would definitely recommend them if you need home oxygen supplies.”
