Arrived at the Flagstaff Metro PC around 4:30 there was a note on the door saying "we will be back in 20 minutes", the young lady did not arrive back until around 5:25 pm. I informed the young lady that I talked to customer service on the phone and was planning on upgrading my daughter's iPhone 11 to the iPhone 12, customer service informed me that with my policy I have 50% off of cost. I found the iPhone 12 at $629 and let the young lady know, she came back and said with the final cost after 50% is $725, claiming the phone was $1400, also letting me know that the owner has not changed the prices on the phones and that was the half price cost letting me know that all the prices in the store are wrong and the owner hasn't changed them yet. After leaving the store, I looked on the website and found the iPhone 12 at the price that was displayed in store for $629. I will most likely not be going back to the store. Terrible customer service, do not recommend anyone waste their time and money at this location.

Unfortunately, they didn't want to help me,they only informed me with a mischievous smile that I had bought the card from the competitor "Mint Mobile".That might be true, but they were the only ones who still existed in this city.After this conversation, I probably wouldn't switch to T-Mobile.

Wow . They look for any Excuse or reason not to help you. They AdvertiseApple phones, but there is none in stock because they say it's too pricey.I went there on the Advice of Customer service what a mistake that was.

I have been in the store 3 different times months apart. Same young man working makes me feel completely stupid. Don't ask him unless you want to be talked down too.

This location doesn't fill the drinks to the top not even with extra ice most locations additionally add. The Dr Pepper tasted like it was mixed with perhaps coke.

The Gentleman that helped me was nice.It's sad to me that no matter how many people complain that the service reception for T-Mobil and Metro by T-Mobil totally ROTS here-who wants dropped calls on a main highway 17N/S and they don't fix the issue for YEARS, then they blame it on transitioning from 4Glte to 5G even though the other service providers figured it out in 4Glte. Sad,ain't it

The associates at this store don't know anything about the de vices or the network that they are selling, because non of them actually use it. I have had their service for years, it wasn't always bad, but it has gotten worse. Recently I have been having trouble with data being extremely slow. The in-store associates don't know anything about how to fix it, shocking. The 24hour call centers are clueless as well and honestly very petty, if you irritated or anything and it comes off in your tone, they will literally hang up on you, or worse they will walk you through the solution while not actually doing anything on their said. The 5g devices and network are a lie! I upgraded thinking that would solve a lot of my data speed issues but nope. It's just more lies, after I wasted more money on that lie, I was told by supervisor of the call centers that the 5g is"moderating" in my area, and will be doing so for the next month, while the store associates say it's the "best" in the area. Just go to Walmart and get a pre-paid phone for a fraction of the price and way better service provider.

I just visited this store to upgrade my phone and had the very best customer service associates EVER, Elizabeth and Angela. They dealt with horrible customer service over the phone. One man was so horribly condescending, it was embarrassing.They finally got the right person on the phone.The main thing these 2 ladies did, was make sure my needs were met. Best customer service associates EVER!!
