Overall very good experience. They charged me for exactly the time I was using the unit, have a great policy on cancellation (10 days notice) and were friendly and responsive. Unit was clean with tall ceilings and the gates are open any time I wanted to be there. Would definitely use them again.

Very very friendly couple in the office. I would absolutely rent from them again anytime. I definitely feel like our units are safe and secure. I absolutely love that the owners are understanding and very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Stopped in last minute in the middle of a flagstff blizzard and lee was so helpful and eager to get me into a unit that best fit my needs. Very fast an efficient! 10/10 would recommend!

I rented a 5x10 storage unit from here during this last summer and it was a great experience. The price of the unit wasn't the cheapest in Flagstaff, but it wasn't the most expensive either. It's very easy to get to this location and the property was nice too. There's someone on the property 24/7, which is nice. Customer Service is great too. They reply quickly to their emails and they worked with me when I had trouble receiving a check from them.I recommend this place if you need a storage space to rent. I'll definitely be back if I need to rent a storage unit again.

We had two storage units for a year at Mini Storage. Units were well-kept, clean, and dry (looking at you monsoon season). Great customer service from Lee and Bianca.
