I was setting up the paratransit program for my elderly father and the staff was super helpful.

So happy with the service. But some drivers are not disability friendly. I ride with my husband who is on a rolling walker, only Dave will put down the ramp so he can roll in the bus. Other than that I have to get off to get him down safely.
