The worst experience ever with a internet provider. Doubled the price of my service in the past two years. Call to cancel and talked to Sam or Adam in India. Offered me a $90 discount per month for three years. I agreed and then my service was shut off. Returned my router to the local store. They tell me that they can't cancel my service and that I have to call India again. All this time I'm getting charged for service I don't have and they won't cancel my service until I pay my balance so it keeps stacking up. Stay away from optimum there are many better options out there.

What a waste of a company. Can’t believe we’re all still signed up for their crappy business ethics and allowing them to raise our rates every month! WHAT A JOKE! If there were zero stars that’s what I’d leave. The guys working at my local branch are beyond helpful and personable.

Optimum is run like a business that knows it has almost no competition in Flagstaff. Zero focus on customer service. They get people in the door on promotions and then jack their prices up every year. Their service is spotty at the best of times and their customer service is so bad it almost feels like a late night parody skit. I called about my bill going up by 25% and their immediate response was to try and sell me a phone plan. Read the room not the script guys. When a competitor rolls into town, this company is toast.

I was promised new router to replace my broken one. two and a half weeks later one never showed. I called and they said they had no record of ordering one. they just ordered one and still expect me to pay for the weeks of internet i did not receive.

Worst customer service. Long holds, disconnects on phone and chats when connection made. I have tried to reach company for 3 days with huge waits only to be told the system is down and nothing can be done, The worst.

Damon was super helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me figure out why my bill went up over 20 dollars in the past 6 months. I appreciate him taking the time to validate my concern and help me identify the problem !

I needed to cancel my service with optimum because I moved. The experience was terrible! The people in the store would not cancel my service and made me call a phone line instead. They made me sit on hold for forty minutes and then tried to sell me a different package instead of letting me cancel. I would not use optimum again.

My new cell phone was locked and needed a factory reset to unlock it and enable functionality. This was a complicated process that required a review of several videos. Scottie Donovan handled the issues with tenacity and patience. My new phone was fully functional when I left the store.
