Brandon Diaz helped us that day and he was excellent and thoughtful. We were already pretty sure of what we were looking for, but he showed us our options and helped us solidify our decision. The process was smooth and we left with what we wanted. He and everyone else we dealt with were friendly and helpful. So far so so good!

Great experience. They serviced my 2024 Telly & I also got a free car wash! I arrived early to my appointment & they got me right in/out!! I will definitely return && I absolutely recommend them for anyone in area looking to get their Kia (or any vehicle) serviced!

Was my first time ever being at a dealership. They were very welcoming. I sat inside the office with the manager, Larry , Made me feel right at home. When our conversation was over, I walked a lot any vehicle I thought would fit me they handed me the keys they said “go for a ride. Come back when you’re done.” So that’s exactly what I did. I ended up walking out of there with my very first car that I could say I worked for. Not long after we went back again for my wife and she picked the car that she wanted. And again we went back and got a truck. There’s no other place I’d rather go. Larry and his team know how to take care of the customer.

I have been here twice since purchasing my Kia very easy to make appointment staff is nice waiting area is clean Jeanie is friendly and Dillon helpful with any questions Will definitely be back!

Friendly and fast service. They are very upfront with all costs and find ways to work with customers who may be on a tighter budget. This is the only place I will take my KIA to get serviced in Flagstaff!

The staff is very professional; from the mechanics, parts and the most impressive was the young man in sales! I didn't know what to expect, but don't let his young age fool you. He's very smart, talkative and skilled.

My 2021 Niro plug in hybrids’ 12 volt battery was not holding its charge. I checked with a couple of dealerships and was told that it would take weeks for them to try and find one for me. I then called Oxendale Flagstaff and even though it is further away from where we live, I finally found people who knew what to do, and how to treat consumers! My software was updated, and it was confirmed the battery was malfunctioning, it was replaced under warranty without any hassles. This is the dealership that is knowledgeable, curtious and has earned my respect and future business.

While on vacation, our air conditioning went out. The Oxendale team was able to get us in and diagnose the problem in just two days. Everyone was very helpful. Our heartfelt thanks to the team at Oxendale!

This issue has been very unsettling to me. I’ve bought two vehicles from Oxendale Kia and the sale department are nice and do make the process easy and quick, so I referred my son there. Yet, the service department and manager are quite opposite! My son purchased a used 2016 KIA Sorento. About a year later, he started having some problems. We hauled the vehicle to Flagstaff KIA for him and they informed him that he needed to buy KIA brand alternator and battery (despite that they were both new but not KIA brand) before they would touch/look at the vehicle…more money on top of tech and labor cost! I directly talked with the manager, and I got the same answer. I was appalled! On top of that, Flagstaff KIA does not want it traded in for another vehicle. Flagstaff KIA wants to PUSH their KIA brand yet can’t stand behind their brand. This has been an appalling experience. In research, KIA and Hyundai’s software can’t be fixed and are easily stolen…again KIA just want the $money$! So, you might want to think twice about purchasing a vehicle at Flagstaff KIA or even a KIA!

Trust me, you don’t want to support this company. A $2300+ lesson.My car was towed into Oxendale Kia after a recall on the engine caused my Optima’s engine to completely freeze up while driving. I was told by Oxendale Kia’s service department to rent a vehicle through Enterprise and they would take over the payments. I called on multiple occasions to have Kia take over the payments for the car rental and was assured over and over that it was being done. After about 2 months, I called again and this time the manager got on the phone FOR THE FIRST TIME and told me that they would not be covering my car rental because “KIA corporate owes Oxendale KIA a lot of money, like $150K”. How is that my problem even if it is true?? How unprofessional?! He told me that they stopped covering car rentals just “a few months ago”. My car had been there for “a few months”. The service department employee, Casey, who I told me multiple times that they will be taking over payments conveniently “quit” (which i don’t believe) the day after I spoke with the manager. I imagine the manager berated him, but it doesn’t change the fact that I was told for two months that my car rental would be paid by Oxendale KIA. The manager acted like he agreed with me that it was not fair and said he would ask that I get refunded, but he came back with a no. Then I was told that they would instead be retrieving my money from KIA corporate themselves and that I just needed to wait patiently. This was a stall tactic. When I asked for my case number or a way to check on my reimbursement I was told that they couldn’t give me that information. It was obvious to me that this was just another way to make me go away. I will now go through the court system. I have receipts totaling over $2300, that are still accruing interest on my credit card! I do not recommend this place to any. Crooks! I asked repeatedly for them to do the right thing, but frankly, I think they are terrible people. I returned the vehicle as soon as the manager argued with me and the work on my car was still not completed for another 3weeks! How is Oxendale KIA going to take 3 months on a recall and then deny any responsibility?

I went in looking to finally get a new car, been without one for more than a year. I was looking for something low price but good quality and Jerome, my salesman delivered. He made the whole process very short and sweet too. Got off the lot with a 2015 jeep for 10k in about three hours, would've been quicker but i personally had some issues with getting insurance.

My motor just blew and I didn’t realize I had an extended warranty therefore everything is covered plus everyone in the service department has been really nice. I know Jen Menter who is the manager and she is also doing a great job. I have bout 2 cars from there because I like how I was treated. My mom and my daughter also bought their vehicles there. Keep up the good job Oxendale Kia.
