“Just love this place. I like the down home feeling when I walk in the door and the pleasant greetings that I receive. Everyone is helpful and friendly and I like getting referred to as ma'am, haha. Old school service rules! They have a wonderful selection of anything that you would need pet wise, and they employ the most fantastic people! I have never had a bad experience even when I have come in to return an item. The fact that they have so many locations and that they've been in business for decades speaks well of them. We make it a point to go to Olsen's for any of our cat, dog and chook needs!”

“It's so hard for me to see the dogs, so in need of love. The good thing is that they seem well cared for. Still I wanted to take them all home. If you do go, you will need to make a left onto an unmarked dirt road. There are some signs that tell you that the shelter is open, but I wasn't sure until about a half mile later when I saw the building. They should have that road paved.”

“Picked up 2 windows perch for my 2 cats, keep forgetting to go back & get the 1 suction cup that fell off there luckily. I love they carry Applaws wet cat food since thats what I feed my babies.”

Was sent to an isle that didn't have any filters.
Asked again and looked around the fryer and was sent to a different retail store.

Would go back bit a bit disappointed they didn't have the filters but sold the fryer”

“My son was interested in learning about different snake breeds in order to purchase an appropriate first snake. Jordan helped us. She was so extremely knowledgeable. She helped my son and I so patiently. She answered all of our questions. She is an incredible resource for any and all reptile information. I was amazed by her wonderful customer service. She did such an excellent job. I'm not sure what her title is, but she deserves a promotion. PetCo should be giving her all the incentives to stay bc high quality information matched with beautiful people skills and genuine kindness and love of animals are rare in one package! “Willow is worth EVERY penny! My fiancé and I started taking our two young dogs to Willow, the dog trainer, when we were struggling and at a loss on how to teach them. We signed up for the six week course, expecting for them to really only learn their names, sit, stay (the basics). Both dogs as well as myself, just graduated doggy school with more knowledge than I could have expected. We were taught the basics and so much more. Because of Willow I can now put my dogs in a sit, place their food bowls on the floor and release them one at a time BY NAME! Willow continually gave us tip tricks, and fun enrichment games to play that the dogs absolutely LOVE.Willow truly goes above and beyond with her clients. When we are at PetCo on a non - training day she says hi, knows the dogs by name, and answers any and all questions we have. Thank you Willow!”
