“It's so hard for me to see the dogs, so in need of love. The good thing is that they seem well cared for. Still I wanted to take them all home. If you do go, you will need to make a left onto an unmarked dirt road. There are some signs that tell you that the shelter is open, but I wasn't sure until about a half mile later when I saw the building. They should have that road paved.”
“The grooming department is wonderful. We have nervous dogs and Sarah handled them beautifully. They listened to my directions and both of our kiddos are adorable.”

“They have what you need but always seem to be under staffed to handle the influx of customers needs.....I need feeder fish but I have to wait almost 20 minutes most of the time before someone gets to you, and y'all need mass amounts of crickets and feeder fish for turtles....my turtle is going on 28 years and her diet is live fish, insects and processed foods in the winter”
“Scheduling was quick and easy, and the appointment ran right on time. The assistants and veterinarian were friendly, accommodating, and made the whole visit stress-free. Pricing was very reasonable, which I appreciated, and we received results immediately.
However, there was a small discrepancy in the report: the weight was listed as 110.0, and the general appearance was marked as abnormal, which wasn’t discussed during the visit since we were told everything looked good and normal.
That said, overall it was still a very good experience, and I’m very satisfied with the care provided.”

“Willow is worth EVERY penny! My fiancé and I started taking our two young dogs to Willow, the dog trainer, when we were struggling and at a loss on how to teach them. We signed up for the six week course, expecting for them to really only learn their names, sit, stay (the basics). Both dogs as well as myself, just graduated doggy school with more knowledge than I could have expected. We were taught the basics and so much more. Because of Willow I can now put my dogs in a sit, place their food bowls on the floor and release them one at a time BY NAME! Willow continually gave us tip tricks, and fun enrichment games to play that the dogs absolutely LOVE. Willow truly goes above and beyond with her clients. When we are at PetCo on a non - training day she says hi, knows the dogs by name, and answers any and all questions we have. Thank you Willow!”

“The choices to care for your dog are great and the bulk treats are 10/10. I’ve been going to Olsons for 10 or so years and I’ve never had any problems. Service is great, they’ll take the bag to your car, etc.”
