The staff were unorganized and running way behind schedule.
The Petco store is a mess with carts of products sitting all over the store, pet supplies scattered.
I would not recommend this store.

I had an appointment for the Vetco clinic and when I approached the kiosk to check in, my dog was almost attacked by 2 dogs waiting for the clinic. These dogs were very large and reactive to other dogs. These dogs should not have been at this clinic or should have been placed in a separate area that they wouldn’t come in contact with other dogs. This was not handled well by the vetco clinic staff nor the owner of the 2 large dogs. These dogs lunged at my dog and barked ferociously. My dog is 86 lbs and she was shaking and stressed after this . There needs to be a better process for these pop up clinics; a partition to keep animals apart or special arrangements for reactive dogs so they don’t scare other animals.

Petco as an overall corporation has done some great things in trying to be more ethical in its product selection, and I commend them for that. However, this particular location is absolute trash. The customer service is just terrible. If you ever find an employee in the store to help you pay for your items, you should play the lottery, because it's your lucky day. I have waited at the register for someone to notice me there every single time I've been there. A few weeks ago, I had a kid tell me to wait because he had to find someone to help me since he was going to take a break. They've gone so far as to finally place a doorbell for service at the register. Their employees are just rude, period. Today as I was paying for my product, i was talking to the cashier and as soon as my payment was approved, he just walked away from me still in mid sentence. It was just a bit rude. The store is always a mess with shelves not being stocked, bins and boxes of product all over the place that you have to dig through to find what you're looking for, and so many products with no tags on them. With their lack of employee presence, product organization and labeling, I wouldn't be surprised at the amount of product loss they experience.

Why is the store so dirty and unorganized. The stock higher in dog foods it's just difficult to spend $80 on a bag of dog food on the place. Looks like it all should be on a Clearance rack for 70% off. Also, this is nothing new. This store has looked like this for at least two years now.

Groomer "John" was an absolute nightmare!!! When I picked up my dog, a small Maltese, he told me he couldn't do the dogs face/ head due to the dogs "anxiety". I told him the dog couldn't even see because his bangs were so long and it needed to be trimmed. After he insulted me, calling me a terrible person for letting my dogs hair get so long, I asked for the store manager who had him trim the bangs.. He was such a nasty person and very disrespectful!! I hoped the camera had picked up the diatribe of insults he said to me but the manager said it was only visual..just a warning.

This must be the worst Petco store I've ever been in. Upon walking in it felt like I was walking through a war zone. Like literally Baghdad! Products and trash laying on the floor in the middle of almost every aisle, bags of food laying in the middle of the aisle that appears as if rats or mice have started eating at it because the kibble was pouring out of it--where no one has attempted to clean it up. Mops, buckets, cleaning supplies not cleared away as if the cleaning didn't get completed the night before. Mostly all of the shelves were half to completely empty as if they just weren't getting in products or they just failed to replace the shelves with product. To my surprise I was the only shopper in the entire store...but once I started walking through it I understood the reason why. The store is unkept and an accident waiting to happen causing grave and penal damages. Go to another store --because they probably won't have won't you need--they didn't for me. On the positive side--the clerk that checked me out was very nice and pleasant.

The store was a mess. The animals all looked sick: there were flies in the ferret and hamster cages, the birds were missing feathers and lethargic, pretty sure one of the pythons were dead, and most of the Beta fish were dead or had fin rot. I wouldn't give this place one star.

I thought about taking a picture. The store is in shambles. What a mess!! In the leash isle over 60% of the shelves were empty and merchandise was laying on the floor like the place had been ransacked. I wish I could say this was unusual but often the shelves are empty or on a stocking cart in multiple places in the store. Just a mess. The staff are nice but not always easy to find. I honestly for a few years wondered what day the store will be permanently closed. Such a shame Petco doesn't invest on caring for this store

I booked a rabies vaccination one month ago for today, the soonest available appointment. I just got a message the appointment was canceled. This is the SECOND time in a row. No appointment for at least another half a month, and now I have been waiting months for this vaccination. Don't book here.

Willow is worth EVERY penny! My fiancé and I started taking our two young dogs to Willow, the dog trainer, when we were struggling and at a loss on how to teach them. We signed up for the six week course, expecting for them to really only learn their names, sit, stay (the basics). Both dogs as well as myself, just graduated doggy school with more knowledge than I could have expected. We were taught the basics and so much more. Because of Willow I can now put my dogs in a sit, place their food bowls on the floor and release them one at a time BY NAME! Willow continually gave us tip tricks, and fun enrichment games to play that the dogs absolutely LOVE.Willow truly goes above and beyond with her clients. When we are at PetCo on a non - training day she says hi, knows the dogs by name, and answers any and all questions we have. Thank you Willow!

It's very hard a good dog groomer who is patient snd kind even with small dogs that move a lot!! Petco has an amazing grooming salon with professional and knowledgeable staff. We groomed 2 dogs at short notice snd they went above and beyond: brushed teeth, trimmed nails, cleaned everything and made the dogs million times cleaner, healthier, comfortable. Thank you:))))))) Ewok and Lilu (fresh puppies!!)

Alice or Alex (I can't remember the exact name) was extremely rude and unhelpful. I believe if you do not enjoy your job and you cannot answer a simple question without getting snappy then you should not work in the service industry. Very unprofessional.

This 5 star review is specifically for Cory and Meredith. Cory: We have a ball python who, after 22 years, gave us our first health scare. Cory talked to me for nearly an hour discussing any and all things snake care related. He answered question after question with enthusiasm and knowledge. I ended up taking our girl to the vet and relayed everything Cory had recommended to our vet and was told every last word of advice was correct. Not that I doubted it! Cory has also helped me on other occasions with online orders and making sure I get the best deal possible. Through our interactions, it's clear Cory truly cares about animals and their well-being and wants to make big box pet stores a better place for them. Cory is a true asset to this company and is the reason I'm happy to come back. Give that man a raise! Meredith: Meredith always does such a nice job trimming our dog's nails and "grinch paws". It's no easy feet (pun intended) as she gets scared and makes the job take 3x longer than it should. But Meredith is patient and sweet with her and I really appreciate that.
