“Wish I had thought to get their names, but there were two Stellar employees at the pharmacy Saturday Aug 23rd. I was traveling on vacation to the Canyon and Northern AZ. I forgot my prescription at home. While in the store shopping, I checked with the pharmacy to see if I could get temporary supply. And in about 10 minutes the pharmacist not only check my old prescription which was Not with Walmart, but I had to also contact two pharmacies to locate my prescription. This was done in about 10 to 15 minutes. Back home, at cvs, I have to wait FOREVER just to get my prescription filled and ready for pickup. I'm really shocked because I'm from Phoenix and we just don't get service like that. Both the pharmacist and the cashier at the pharmacy were extremely helpful, and I feel went out of their way to help.Thank you!!”

Only thing that is not ideal is their lunch break. I support that they need a break and I would not want to take it away from them but maybe they don't all have to go to lunch at the same time and keep the counter open, at least for prescription pick ups..?”
“First time using scan n go, Yea! Pretty cool! Omg grabbed a Pokémon bowl at 11:30 am, totally surprised freshly made, perfect rice, sauce, n cant stop eating fresh cut salmon cucumber, avacado so fresh, mango, n the sauce Yum. Great prices”
“I'm visiting and I'm visiting in town and unfamiliar with this particular Fry's and I was looking for a charging block and ask the first employee I saw who happened to be somebody sweeping the floor. They pointed in the general direction that I needed to go and another employee overheard them and actually walked me over to the area that I needed to find the charging block and even with the extra step to show me one that was on clearance. So well done on customer service!!!”

“Staff are always friendly and professional. My meds are ready quickly and they communicate with me and my doctors as needed. I've been to several other pharmacies in town and had issues. I've gone to Sam's Pharmacy for a few years now since they're the best!”
“I showed up last minute with my two big dogs. We were needingng a full set of new tires put on a truck I had just purchased. They took me although it meant they had to stay an hour late. The truck wouldn't start and they had to push it into the shop and use floor jacks instead of putting it on the lift. These guys were very gracious about the whole ordeal. I was treated with only respect and understanding. I got a nice set of tires for off-road driving for right at 1k and it came with a 50k mile road hazard warranty as well as roadside assistance. Oh, and they let the dogs wait inside with me bc technically they were closed and it was so cold outside. Thanks for great all-around service!”

“Went threw some serious stuff after having a surgery that came with so many wrongs, this was the safeway pharmacy we used while staying near the hospital, amazing Pharmacist and Tects were always on with helping me with the medication I was sent over, friendly and caring staff for sure... thank you for the excellent service I so appreciate you all for the hard work and being a part of me feeling better”
“This review is only for the food court since this is the only thing I use at this location. Well, also the restroom, which by the way is always kinda stinky, but it's all good we are all humans. Every time I see Brian working expo or on the register he is amazing. Very pleasant demeanor and hard worker. Apologetic when things happen like no meat pizza. Helps everyone out with his knowledge and his approachable personality. I come up from Phoenix to Snowbowl a dozen times a year and every time my ritual going home is filling up gas at Sam's and then hitting the food court for the affordable meals. Everything is also really usually really stocked unless it is getting close to the end of the day and they are really busy. Tables are about as clean as you'd expect from a busy location, I know I've seen worse tables at Costco.”

He’s incredible—always on top of things, communicates so well, and knows exactly what I need each month. He makes sure my meds are ready, and even if something isn't in stock, it's there by the next day. There's something special about smaller pharmacies; you really feel cared for, like a patient and not just a number. It’s such a positive experience!”
“I am new to flagstaff and had prescriptions from out of state transferred here. I have to say that Evan did an amazing job helping me out. I originally had the other pharmacist get my prescriptions and when I came back, they didn't have anything for me nor had any idea who I was because I wasn't in their system. I was upset cause I asked for these a few days earlier and nothing was done about it. Evan came up got my information and asked if he could have about 30 minutes to work on this. About 15 minutes later, I received a call from him letting me know that they had everything there and it was ready to go. Outstanding service by evan. Not so much the other one”

“This is literally the most convenient store for me and they have way more selection than any gas station. I haven't used their photo or pharmacy, but a good store with good employees. Some of these negative reviews have me laughing in disbelief, admittedly im a millennial and have very little expectation for the employees to wait on me hand and foot. They have actual cashiers not just self checkout. The one complaint i do have is they almost never have 1/2 gallon full milk in stock. Honestly I presume this is a vendor issue, and having worked at the Pepsi distribution center in town I know how lazy the sales reps are for this kind of thing. Shamrock would make a lot more money if they actually gave any care at all about inventory but im sure they just left it at the minimum stock and dont bother to ever check the shelves to see that 90% of the time their product is sold out.”

“I switched from using a large chain pharmacy to Wadhams initially because one of my medications is a compound and they’re one of the only places in Flagstaff that does compounds. I couldn’t be happier with the service and care they put into their work. Very friendly and helpful. They have a great community feel and have gotten to know me as a patient and a person. I don’t just feel like another customer or a number with them.I highly recommend Wadhams if you’re looking for a quality, locally owned and operated family pharmacy with a more personal, yet professional health care experience.”
