While it isn't the Ritz, management has done a great job and it is a pleasant stay.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Greg the employee/gm was a joy to work with. His customer service was top notch. I was able to park my truck and (BIG) trailer in their lot with Greg’s help and that was just the beginning. The rooms are awesome!! Two big beds, tons of room, a nice big night stand, microwave, big normal size fridge!! Every time I’m coming through flagstaff this will be the new stopping location. Come check it out for yourself!! Thanks again.

Quiet, clean, and cozy. Great service, reasonable rates. I absolutely loved the room , and the bed was great. Tiny parking lot, so be careful! My wife and I enjoyed this experience!

Private owners.. Nice to have actually keys to your little cozy paradise. Don't let the outside fool you, this place is absolutely beautiful. Owners are very sweet, well kept, updated. The beds are very comfortable We wanted to stay longer. This will be our choice, our next trip. Thank you. Prices are Wow!! Not expensive!!

We arrived at a completely reasonable hour for a tourist location like Flagstaff (before 8:30pm). There was no management on property so I had to call a number on the door (limited check-in hours not posted online). I was told my key was left with a “friend” in the office and to ring the bell - management would need my ID to check me in “later, ” however. Did they plan to knock on my door to verify my ID after I’d gone to bed? The parking lot has very few lights (one broken and flickering) so it didn’t feel safe to leave my car. Because there’s no management onsite, two rooms of guests were just openly partying outside the rooms with doors open, just a few yards from our assigned room. All this for $97? I booked a different hotel - clean, well-lit, quiet - for less on my phone and then left the key in the drop box. Called management to let them know why I was leaving, but not holding my breath for a refund.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It's a small hotel but well taken care of, clean rooms, full size fridge. You can tell the owners tried hard to make the best out of a small place. The lady at check in was particularly very nice and polite. Overall a very good deal for the money

1st impression was that this pleace was a dump. Abandoned things were outside. Inside it was nice and spacious. I was surprised. No water pressure though. What really made this place great was the manager. She was so nice and accommodating. Thanks to her we enjoyed our

This hotel is absolutely horrible! So gross! I always check the sheets and bathroom to make sure it is clean, I checked the sheets and there were urine stains, hair, and other stains all over. Do NOT stay here!!! It may be cheap, but it is not worth it! Horrible. Will never come here again. I stayed in room 104. My dates to stay were today July 17th-19th. Left there as quick as possible. Thank

If I could give 100 stars i would! Awesome place! Owners CARE about their property! They remodeled the whole place themselves. The rooms are each unique. Beautiful tile work, huge walk in shower, handmade beautiful headboards, new flooring, paint, everything works as it should. Full size fridge and microwave, small dining table, and large dressers in our room. Walk in closet! (Are you kidding me!) King size bed. The room itself is giant, especially at the price point. You could easily spend 3 or 4 times as much to get the same quality of stay somewhere else. If you have any doubts...lay them aside and stay here! Great place! Easy walk to numerous shops and restaurants. Most of my reviews are sweet and to the point, this is the longest review I've ever wrote, it's that great! Easily the best value ever.

So definatley was worried when I pulled in the outside for sure needs some major updating to this hotel. The room was very cozy however we had the "queen" suite which claims to sleep 6 and claims to have 2 queen beds. Definitely not queen beds barely fit . There were locals that may of lived there around all times smoking and on the bikes the kids werent comfortable going outside to play catch with the football. The owner was extremely nice and helpful though. Was ok for the price.

This is a funky, little hotel right off historic rt 66 in flagstaff! Owned and managed by a fantastic and friendly lady. Well appointed, large rooms. It's far enough off the major roads that you can truly enjoy the perk of elevation while observing the night sky. Surrounded by huge aspens and other big trees, it is cozy and smells lovely. Room was a bit a chilly, but given the price and its location and the quaintness, it was okay. I'm sure if i'd asked how to operate the heat, it would have been resolved. We will def stay there again when up in flagstaff!

A true testament to the phrase, "Looks can be deceiving" inside the motel is an incredible stay, comfortable beds and a full kitchen and a great nights sleep. Staying in the queen suite is truly a better expirence than i have had at other hotel suites, Truly a great a experience and my family loved it... Thank you Pinecrest Staff for the great expirence, makes me feel like I am in a home away from home

My friends and I went to stay here for the weekend while taking a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Staying at this motel was a pleasant experience. It was clean and the beds were comfy. This motel is also only a short distance from downtown flagstaff.

**READ FIRST- ignore other reviews** Seeing the discounted price for the suite with full kitchen, my husband and I booked here for two weeks. You get what you pay for...we understand we booked during covid so they didn't provide regular housekeeping. But the cleanliness of the room when we got there was unacceptable. We literally went to the dollar store to get our own cleaning supplies before we dared to use anything in the room. We put sheets over the couch and rug and used our own bedsheets- the furniture was just too sketchy. The kitchen was fine- dishes and cooking supplies were provided but of course we used what we had brought ourselves. The fridge at least was nice and clean. Everything was old and I was afraid we'd get bugs through the little holes and open spaces. Oh my gosh the bathroom...first of all the thing that actually freaked us out was the orange water that came out when we turned the bath on. The lights don't reach the shower so we had to use a flashlight or shower during the day. There's so many unidentified stains everywhere. The beds were noisy and uncomfortable. I really tried to get accustomed to this place with the "it is what it is" mentality; I grew up in a run down apartment but this was worse. My husband wouldn't let me leave the room alone; the people that obviously live here definitely don't look the safest. PROS: The A/C works good. The staff was very friendly. Even though the room was unacceptable the front desk lady and her sister seemed nice and homey. They also have a no noise policy during the night which was nice. No bugs/uninvited creatures so that was a big relief. Bottom line: find somewhere better

We are currently guests here.. The interior of the rooms are ok..You can tell they were "upgraded " at some point.. In our microwave we found a bag of now extremely defrosted and raunchy peas.. Not great for spending $345 on two nights Breakfast isn't included in that.. The "fold out " bed for an extra sleeper is a futon..like metal bar in your back futon.. I recommend going somewhere else if you expect a decent night sleep as well... Train.. Traffic..
