Anything that the service department says should be tested to confirm that it is not a lie. Starting with, broken down on vacation from California, they tell you that they are the only RAM dealer within 400 miles of Flagstaff (there are more than 20 dealers just in Arizona), and they will do their very best to squeeze you into their three weeks booked out schedule. After checking the truck computer for error codes, they do not tell you that your extended warranty is listed in the truck computer (Prescott Ram told me it was the first thing they saw during diagnostics). One part required has to be ordered from California, but after I approve it to be ordered, they then tell me there is no expected shipping date, due to the UAW strike, and there are no dealers with the part (truth is, a dealership 140 miles south of this dealership, has four of them). After a full day of frustration, and them not returning two phone calls and two text messages, I go down and take my truck back. Since the part was ordered (but not shipped and who knows when it will be shipped) they charge me $100.00+ for a restocking fee, plus the diagnostics fee, which was covered under the extended warranty. They were going to charge me $7,000.00 for the repairs. I limped to the Prescott, Arizona RAM dealer, almost not making it, and they performed all the repairs required, provided a rental car covered under the extended warranty and I paid $100.00 copay, and the insurance company was billed $6,400.00. I travel regularly hauling a horse trailer with my horse to know I don’t want to be stuck somewhere along the interstate due to mechanical failures. I recently took my Ram 3500 truck in to Planet Dodge at Flagstaff for an oil & fuel filter change. A huge thank you to Shane for making sure my truck left Planet Dodge in the best working condition. I appreciate the extra time it took to also replace the engine filter and cabin filter. Thank you so much.

They can’t keep up with how many services they schedule. If you know you have 3-5 hours to completely waste, go here. If not, go to a Jeep dealership literally anywhere else. Worst Jeep dealership I have ever been to. My husband and I wanted to give them a second chance after they called to formally apologize for our terrible experience last time. Obviously, it was all just lip service because again, we had a scheduled appointment, were fifteen minutes early, and our Gladiator didn’t even get pulled in until an hour after our appointment. We were never offered water or snacks or anything and we waited over 3 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. Almost all three of those hours were spent with the same rambunctious kids running around who were also waiting for a vehicle service to be done. At least this time they offered us a shuttle service, but never informed us that we would have another unnecessarily long wait. Then, I went to pay and there were “Miscellaneous” charges on the receipt, but I had to ask to see the receipt before paying, the miscellaneous charges could not be explained, and we were never walked through what they actually did to our vehicle. Please do not go here for your vehicle to be serviced.

I brought my vehicle in for both recall and warranty work. They were very thorough in the process and making sure that they were addressing the quality concerns I had for the warranty work. I did make a second trip out to have further discussions with the issues so they could make sure it was fixed. I really appreciated them taking the time to continue looking into the issues and working with me to find it. They were responsive and completed everything perfectly.

Fast, good service except for 1 thing. While we were waiting, we received a text asking us if we wanted the car washed. We said yes. When they were finished, the advisor showed us where our car was parked. It looked like it had been simply hosed off. There was no attempt to clean it or dry it off. It ended up looking worse than when we went in! We have had service done at other dealers where the car is truly washed and vacuumed. Planet shouldn't offer a service they don't actually do.

Y’all have to ask for Chris Perry, he’s the best! He easy to talk to, doesn’t beat around the bush and makes the process go smoothly while providing excellent customer service. He has incredible knowledge of the vehicles, especially the Jeeps. He’s a great resource for any questions you may have with your Wrangler or Gladiator. 10/10 would buy from him again and will recommend friends to go to him.

The only place I take my 2012 Ram 1500 with 220,000+ miles on it. Fair and very good service. As a retired heavy equipment dealer manager I appreciate the challenges of running a service department. These folks are doing a great job.

The salesman and financial agent Carlos and Dominic were both extremely courteous and helpful. They were very efficient and organized. I was dreading having to shop for a new truck because they have not always been pleasant. However this was not the case this time and all made us feel welcome and valued.

Carlos was exceptional! We were in the market for a new car, and he greeted us. He found the vehicle we were interested in, and before we took the test drive, he showed us every feature of it. He was so helpful on the test drive and was also very attentive to our feedback. He makes the car buying experience truly stress free and very pleasant!

Since getting my RAM, I’ve been to this dealership 2, maybe 3 times for service. Today was the last day I ever take my van there. Always long waits, even just for an oil change, WITH an appointment.I brought it in for a SECOND alignment, since they didn’t fix it the first time, and waited 7 HOURS. Only for them to DENT THE SIDE OF MY VAN while working on it AND NOT FIX THE ALIGNMENT AGAIN. When getting my van back after “settling” things, the interior was significantly rattled as well (drawers broken, things fallen off shelves). They have said they will pay to fix it at their body shop of choice. Management is supposed to contact me on Monday. They will talk to my insurance agent. They still made me pay the $150 service fee for the “re alignment” (now it’s pulling in the opposite directions) and did not offer anything for diminishing value.
