Proper Meats + Provisions is a fantastic deli, restaurant, and butcher shop in Flagstaff, showcasing Arizona's finest farm-raised meats. It is an unexpected surprise and a nice oasis for quality food. The pastrami is absolutely amazing, great, and smokier than normal—do not miss it. They also offer burgers with a chunkier grind, delicious sausages, ground beef, pot pies, and soups. Their charcuterie boards feature amazing cheeses and meats. They dry-age their own beef, and their stocks are very convenient. A little pricey but the quality is totally worth it.
