Proper Meats + Provisions is a fantastic deli, restaurant, and butcher shop in Flagstaff, showcasing Arizona's finest farm-raised meats. It is an unexpected surprise and a nice oasis for quality food. The pastrami is absolutely amazing, great, and smokier than normal—do not miss it. They also offer burgers with a chunkier grind, delicious sausages, ground beef, pot pies, and soups. Their charcuterie boards feature amazing cheeses and meats. They dry-age their own beef, and their stocks are very convenient. A little pricey but the quality is totally worth it.
We LOVE this place! It’s literally a destination every time we drive through AZ. The quality and flavor is amazing! Don’t miss their bolognese sauce in the deli freezer….we always stock up!

Had Philly steak with homemade chips and pickle had a half sandwich melt in your mouth at first bite enjoying each bite and chips most excellent staff were on top of it helping kindness

In my never ending quest to find the perfect Cuban Sandwich…I think I found the holy grail. 10/10. This place is a MUST when you come to Flagstaff. Great vibe. Great staff and GREAT food.
