My friend and I took her car to get an injector put in. From the initial phone call to the very end when we picked up her car, the service we received was impeccable. Kai was great to deal with, he explained everything perfectly and called us when he said he would. Great service ALL around, I highly recommend Randy's Downtown Garage. Thank you Kai for the exceptional service...not very many places here give great service anymore. You guys ROCK!!!

My truck was dead in the water and had it towed to Randy's. They took the time to run diagnostics on it that day and got me back on the road the next day. I thought it may have been a computer breakdown the way it acted but turned out to be a dead battery. It was a big relief for me and now I feel comfortable about starting my 1400 mile journey. I hope I don't have any problems anytime soon but if I do when in town, I'll call Randy's!!! Thumbs up for the quick service and thank you again!!!

Had work done on my car today September 24th 2025 had them go thru my car and do the alignment because I changed my upper and lower control arms.
Thay worked on my car forover 3 hours they showed me that they could not zero in the alignment because the previous owner hit a pot hole and shifted the front-end about a 1/4 inch nothing bad car runs straight. But because they couldn't zero in the alignment NO CHARGE!!! They said when I fix the shift bring it back.
Talk about honesty wow! This shop is what America use to be like a neighbor hood shop!
Thank you Randy's Downtown Garage! I will be back.

Staff was very pleasant/kind, they offered to check out my car for free before installing the parts I’d bought for it just to be sure my car actually needed it, and worked on it quickly and efficiently and for a great price! Will be coming back here again for sure.

On 9/17/2025 I called Randy's to see if I could get my 2014 Ram 2500 6.7 liter diesel looked at due to a check engine light and loss of power,they told me to come on down and they would get me in. I arrived early morning and had me out in a 90 minutes with the issues Corrected!!!! Thank you for everything.

I came to Randy’s garage because I needed a second opinion on the quality of my radiator fluid because another shop had said it was bad. Then the mechanic told me that it was still good and that he was not gonna charge me for the time he spent on it.
So I had another problem with my windshield wiper reservoir, the main hose had popped off. And I asked the mechanic if he could possibly fix that for me and so he did without any charge, which I think is very Awesome.
I Give this place a five star rating because they were honest, professional, and very friendly and that’s something hard to find nowadays.

Went to get radiator flushed and fluids checked and replaced if needed. So glad we came here radiator was cracked badly not what you wanted to hear living a couple hours away. Gave us worse case scenario about replacing it but all worked out great had us back on the road in no time. While waiting with our three dogs our mechanic came over with a bowl and water for them. Very professional highly recommend ever broke down or ever need any work Randy’s downtown garage is a place to go.
