They don't COMMUNICATE or call you. The two times I've had my truck in there, 2 and 5 days longer than told. I had to call to get updates, and both times, the bill was significantly higher than quoted. ($1500.00 & $1700.00). Not one time did they call me during repairs. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of choices for truck repair in Flagstaff.

UPDATE:I was able to leave this shop at Thursday evening. I’m grateful for the job they’ve done, I have no more issues with the truck. Price isn’t cheap, but it’s expected. I wish it could be done faster, but it is what it is.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~They will lie about the timeline of your repair.Monday - brought a truck. They didn’t look at it until Tuesday.Tuesday - they diagnosed the truck, gave me an estimate and told that it will take 2-3 days to get the parts in here. I NEED to leave this place ASAP, so I called my boss in Chicago, and he was able to buy all required parts and ship them overnight, so I can hit the road. When I called the shop back - they said that there is no need to sent the parts, they will find it here and I’ll be able to leave on Wednesday.Wednesday - I checked out of hotel, spent 6 hours sitting and waiting at this dealership. When I came in - they told me that it’s all good, they’ve got all the parts. At 4 pm they tell me they have no time to do it, and it’s going to be done tomorrow.At this point I’m exhausted, stressed out because plans for my whole family are completely ruined for the next week. This isn’t a cheap service they provide, and however I have to be listening to the false promises every day. I do not recommend coming to this shop, unless you absolutely have to.

Was riding a bike and was raining and rode in the shop and asked if I could get some air and you know what they told me? Don't have a chuck for air for a bike!!!! Wth you are a diseal repair shop how you not have a air chuck for a bike where they do that at? Got tiered of waiting so I dipped and they looked at me like n)((@ what you doing in here where they do that at sad ?

I went there today, I have 2019 pete with derate problems. They quoted me $4500. I drive on derate all the way to Phoenix got this guy to clean egr sensor with brake cleaner and clean main air filter done a regin for way way less. These guys are a scam I hope they don't last. BE WARE BIGGEST SCAM.

Driving through Flagstaff and we were having some issues with our Skoolie (bus turned family RV). It’s so hard to find a place that will help with buses and we were worried about breaking down in the middle of nowhere that is the SouthWest. We called to let them know we needed some quick help running diagnostics and to troubleshoot what the issue could be. They were kind enough to do both at no charge and gave us the peace of mind to hit the road safely. THANK YOU—y’all made us feel safe in our travels!!!!

Finding some one first to work on my coach was tough. I found RWC in Phoenix Az. Great folks, told Tommy I assume the GM. what was going on and what happens, he told me they could handle it, great. Where do you live, so I told him. We have a shop in Flagstaff will talk to them get back to you. He talked with Mike Welker went over every thing with him, bring it up I can handle the problem. Went to Flagstaff dropped my coach. They handled every thing, delt with the manufacture, got the parts, delt with the computer and programming. Runs like new. Great job to all of you at RWC. By the way, took great care of the interior. Didn't have to clean.

Relatively new truck (220k) that kept throwing false engine codes, half the power sockets didnt work. Refused to install an inverter (I dont entirely blame them, but CPAP machines don't run on DC). Reeked of cigarette smoke. The ELD they have uses your phone data and is MONSTROUSLY agonizing to get set up for use. They only avoid a 1 star rating because truck pick up and drop off are super simple and the guys in the office and shop are super personable (5 stars to those guys).

Expert repair and honest people. The only down side is limited parking. Call ahead if you can for appointment, they are known for their integrity and reasonable turnaround.

I’ve used this company before and understand that they are a small branch but they have really gotten to be very unprofessional lately. I called this business today to find an air compressor for a customer’s truck. Gave the parts department gentleman the info he needed to find it and he said he’d have to look it up and give me a call right back. He took down my phone number and hung up. Usually it only takes roughly 10 minutes tops to find a part via VIN search at any dealership. I called this guy back after about 15 minutes and he said he was still looking for it and would call me back. I explained that I needed this info as soon as he could because the customer was in a hurry to get back on the road. I ended up calling the customer after about 30 more minutes of waiting for RWC to get back to me to explain what was taking so long to find this part and he responded that he was going to take a different route in getting the part because this company was taking too long in finding it and he had to be back on the road ASAP. This place never called me back at all. Very unprofessional and obviously don’t care about customers.

No weekend hours Google said they were open on sanitary until 4PM but I drove there and wasted my time and diesel and they weren't open
