As this is a travel destination town, I would expect a well known gas station to be more friendlier to the patrons, especially to use the restroom.

It’s a gas station. They have bathrooms. The clerks were cool and they had some snacks. I can’t even remember the price of gas but does it even matter to you. It’s all usually the same price in this area. Had charging cables if that makes you feel better.
