I moved from CVS over a year ago. This pharmacy (s. Plaza way) is fantastic!!! I always get all of my meds in a timely manner and they’re always willing to help. 🙂

Folks here have always been nice as I been getting my meds here for nearly three years and got vaccinated. However some customers come in barking at staff making it harder for staff to do their job and those said customers acting like they were raised in a barn is unfortunate for them. I know, because I’m realistic that staff will leave jobs so change is common anywhere! Customers forget that. The staff here have always been kind and polite. 10/10 experience!

Reggie at the safeway pharmacy on plaza is the actual BEST. It doesn't matter how crazy or busy the safeway is that day, he is always so calm and so kind! I don't know how he does it. But seriously he makes having to go to the pharmacy after work during rush hour not be a horrible experience.

Used to be a good pharmacy until they started changing staff every day. Now it’s nothing but issues. Can’t get refills, can’t get the correct quantity. After 6 months of nothing but issues we are finally leaving. Hopefully the new pharmacy will be better.

Helpful and friendly staff in-person and on the phone. Easy to transfer prescriptions. The Safeway app is really convenient for prescriptions and scheduling vaccines. The pharmacist here is great and runs the pharmacy well

Honestly very frustrated with the new staff or set up. Been going to this pharmacy pretty much my whole life and only recently have been met with rude attitude, little to no help, I even had someone tell me to come back tomorrow (even tho there was 40 min till close) because she was overwhelmed with her work. I have never considered going to a new pharmacy till now.

If you want to shop and not spend hundreds of dollars, Safeway is definitely not the place. I just moved back from California about two years ago, I was there for eight years, and I have never in my life have I spent so much on groceries. The main issue for me and I'm sure others out there who have animals, is the pricing on dog and cat food. I've been spending 10-15 for THREE YEARS on my dog food. normally that's for a 7 pound bag. I went in the other day, currently struggling with money, and the SEVEN pound bag was the same exact price as a 27 pound bag at Walmart. If you want to shop correctly stay the hell away from Safeway, I get groceries cheaper in California and that's a fact. let that sink in, CALIFORNIA has better prices at stater brothers than this twisted upside down Establishment. We aren't all spoiled NAU students who can afford to buy dog food and groceries because mommy and daddy send money. these are hard times, so if you wanna save money. Don't go to this chain. staff sucks anyways. one more thing to add, Walmart is TEN TIMES more affordable and their employee's aren't incapable of doing their job. this is all coming from a local, just FYI. minus living in another state for 8 years I was born and raised here, going on 20 years of living in this town, and this is absolutely atrocious. Support WALMART and other local grocery stores. Have a great day!

New staff is friendly and overall pleasant to interact with. It's a stark contrast from the previous Pharmacist, Mr. Grumps, who really did not seem like he wanted to be there.(The new staff might also not want to be there, but they hide it well and act professionally.)

The young Deli girl at the Safeway in Flagstaff Az couldn’t have been more rude. She literally snapped at me when I asked her a question. I know its hard to find employees so Safeway is probably proud of the worker
