“I rented here off n on for around 12 years, one of the best storage places i rented a storage shed at, prices are good, for a 10×15 i pay $125, 24 hour access no gates n no codes, light you can turn on in outside bigger onesNow they could clean up more around there, like have one of the workers blow all garbage n leaves n dust into piles n sweep up n throw away at least once a month, also i killed like 5 mice in my unit this last one i rented for like 3 years, they need commercial mouse traps around propertyBut over all good place to rent n good prices for flagstaffNow i also rented storage down the street past maverick, they had good prices also but also had mice problems, n was not 24 hour service, but i like coconino storage way better, coconino storage units sometimes are all rented out or most of them, smaller storage place to rent units, get one while you can if one is open cause they rent out fast”
“A big shout-out to Christian at A&G Mini Storage in Flagstaff. A few months ago I had an out-of-state family emergency and needed to quickly find a place to store my second vehicle. Despite it being after office hours on a Sunday, Christian responded to my call and went above and beyond to get my van safely and quickly stored. He also gave me quite a good deal on a one-month rental. My family and I really appreciated Christian's help and support during this tough time.”

“I didn’t have any issues with Anytime Storage. Getting into my unit was easy as pie, as was moving out and ended my lease. My stuff was safe and secure and I never felt worried about my items being stolen with the cameras around. Would recommend if you need to access a storage unit without weird “curfew” times!”
“Love the storage units here. I've rented storage units in Flagstaff for the past 25 years and this has been my favorite place. I rented the older units but went with a bigger one when they built the new ones.

“I called in and they stayed open so I could purchase my husqvarna parts!! They were super helpful and had all I needed for my husqvarna chainsaw. I did not know that they were an authorized husqvarna dealer. Make sure to go to the store across cracker barrel. Lol, I made that mistake. That store has all the husqvarna parts you need. And if they don't have it they will order it for you. Highly recommend these guys, so helpful and awesome customer service!”

“I've used the Flagstaff location a few times. The people are very friendly the management does overall a good job. You're in and out very quickly and the U-Haul app Helps with reservations for the most part. My only issue is that there's no storage available only small 5-ft storages. My other issue is that the U-Haul app has no intelligence built into it when booking additional storage units through the app. You may end up in another building if you order additional storage. I brought this up to manager Rebecca who quickly excused herself from any customer service and remarked she doesn't control the app and I should provide feedback to uhaul. No that's actually your job as management and yes you can compensate me for a poor customer experience. At one point I had 5 storage units due to the apps inability to utilize simple AI based on purchase history, original storage location, etc. Overall the worst part of my experience was utilizing the app to book a storage unit that didn't meet my needs and wasn't located in the same building. Often time instead of one large 10 ft unit they book you two 5 ft units that may not even be located together.
When you're unpacking at 9:10 p.m. that's not what you want to occur. Otherwise I do think it's very well run very clean and very efficient they do a great job, for the most part friendly unless you of course have a customer service issue then they likely refuse to be hands on and ask you to call corporate.”
