Short Review: Fun to look around. Prices are negotiable.Long Review:We were in the area and decided to pop into the store and see what they had. There is a variety of stuff. Prices are fair for the most part. However, the prices are not set in stone! If you feel something is a little high, they will work with you on price. We ended up finding something that we were interested in and negotiated a fair price for both parties. They also offer discounts. The day we went it was 25% off for military, first responders, and nurses.

Need to replace certain staff members. Profiling customers based on personal beliefs. Implementing fake "Policys" only on "Certain Individuals" and not others. Not to mention being closed for over a WEEK with no Note or otherwise posting. This place has gone downhill over the years.

Might be worth calling ahead as they were not taking any donations today. Otherwise, love this place and what it stands for.

**November 2021 Visit** Came here to check out Flagstaff's Second-hand scene and had a pretty successful haul which included 3 shirts, and 3 hand-knit beanies. Prices are very fair and they did have a dressing room. They also had household section, furniture, shoes, men's clothing, and a tools/electronic section. Overall, if I'm back in Flagstaff I'd come back and check it out - especially on Wednesday as there discounts for students and teachers! Clothing Prices Blouses & Sweaters $5 T-Shirts $3.50 Hats/Caps $1 Jeans $4 Notes *Abundant parking *Wednesday are Teachers and Student Discount Days! 25% off entire purchase *Senior Day every Thursday! Shoppers 55+ receive 25% off regular priced items *Staff wore masks, but most of the customers were not *Hand sanitizer available at the front desk

Went shopping there 9/20/2021, what happened to the good staff, friendly management? The female teenager that was running the register was totally rude, no smile when I walk in the door, just dirty look, I was shocked!, and when I asked her a question about a piece of furniture there, she snap, snarled and made a really rude unnecessary comment. I wish I had the real owner/manager there to see it. She claimed she was the management, I am sorry, real management is not going to be so unprofessional and unkind, she chases off buyers, maybe she is mad at that fact she had to work the weekend is all I could come up with, I am a kind person, and would never treat anyone like this, management or customers, needless to say, I won't give this establishment another visit or any money. What a shame this is for charity, I loved that fact.. However, there are two really good thrift stores right across the street, their prices are actually more reasonable and definitely more accommodating for customers and super friendly too so don't waste your time at Sharon's. Just sayin

Everyone's so kind & helpful here. Love thrifting because it benefits charities & feeds my retail therapy needs in a cheaper way lol, so everyone wins! I've always found quality items here. Best part of thrifting in my humble opinion is having to search for quality & finding a reasonable bargain for it. Some things, like the fancy ball-gown situation I found today (so ready for corona to not be a health issues so things can commence safely), are brand new with tags still on. Those are usually what I search for. I'm a huge fan of unique finds that will rarely be found on another human & thrifting seems to fulfill that desire. Even though more of those items will have obviously been sold previously, finding out of season fashion doesn't encourage fast fashion & supports local in a better way. I suggest Sharon's Attic specifically because I don't believe it's even a small chain, & is a stand-alone non-profit charity (correct me please, if I'm wrong) that absolutely supports good local organizations. I'm all for it. Plus the people here are always lovely which is a fav in any business for me. Winning! Do suggest. Keep in mind that when thrifting you'll of course find many non-quality items & have to dig for the gems sometimes, but that's what's fun & it's dependant upon donations they receive.
