“Howdy, today I had terrible experience at Stamples in Flagstaff-refused to help me print a time sensitive document. Bluntly told me she would not help, refused to get a supervisor and manager. So, I googled FedEx and let me tell you all a young lady, MIRANDA, assisted me every step of the way, including showing me what to do on my phone. I'm 70 yrs old and not up to date on these phones. She is the sweetest, most helpful customer service oriented person I have had contact with in the past decade. Just like it use to be. Excellent and qenuine service. “Everyone needs to chill out on the post office. Educate yourself on how to ship things ahead of time, it will help the line move along faster and will help you save money.
People show up no idea what’s going on, complain about the line, acting like they’ve never even heard of mail in their life, need 10 minutes at the counter for their special mail problem, then probably come on here and complain that it took so long. Complain that the employees are rude when they’re just trying to do their job.
Be nicer to your mail carriers and post office employees! They are wonderful people who work really hard and have to deal with a lot of grumpy complaining people all day every day.”

“I recently dropped off a custom colored pencil artwork to be packaged and shipped to Colorado. Apparently the package was delivered in a hellacious windstorm, and soon after delivery, the package blew off the front porch of its destination. 4 days later the package was found elsewhere on their property. The box was a bit beat up. But the gentleman at Mail Box Plus wrapped it so well that the artwork itself was undamaged! Thank you for doing such a great job packaging and paying attention to details! You saved me from losing a lot of time and money. You all are also very courteous and obliging when packing awkward items! I love that you show all possible costs and carriers as well. Will use again!”
