The guy at the front desk was curt and seemed impatient. Everyone seemed stressed. However, they were able to take us as a walk in 2 hours before our appointment.

I was doing a favor for a friend today who needed me to pick a urine collection bottle for her when she couldn't leave home. The intake person at the front desk, I believe his name is Robbie, was incredibly rude to me and when I mentioned it he just said "WHATEVER". I work in healthcare and would NEVER treat patients the way I was just treated. Sonora Quest you should really rethink who you put out front for customer service.

Do not trust this place. They sent me a $300 bill with only two weeks to pay. The supposed bill was for something 14 months ago. I already paid my doctor now they are asking me to pay again. My doctor at Aspen was of zero help and basically said good luck.

I had labs done at the fountain Hills location this week. There were four different specimens ordered. Because I am a retired nurse, and I am very particular about this kind of thing, I verified that the stickers for each lab test were correct. Just got notice today that of the four tests, two of them we're not sent and thus have to be re-drawn. this location used to be good, it's not anymore. I won't go here again. The error is inexcusable because there was no one in the waiting room when I got there, I was the only patient.

An absolute breeze and I felt safe at this location. I'm very nervous about blood draws and have had experience nearly passing out because of it and Robbie made it quick, easy and painless for me :) big appreciate, especially with my insurance making this visit free. Will be returning for future routines while in school!

Some reviews amaze me. Reviewers who only give poor reviews or only have 1 or 2 reviews seem to lack validity and cause me to wonder if there are alternative objectives in play? I am not sure.I have been visiting this lab almost every week for well over a year now. The team here had a tough time over the recent past. It seemed like there was huge demand during covid times. Every patient seemed to be stressed out and cranky. I watched the staff take abuse from so many because they did not have the information that the lab needed, yet somehow that was the staff fault.I have been here in busy times and slower times. Not every visit is perfect. However the staff is always calm and professional. The lab services are done with care and kindness. I appreciate their professionalism and patience. They are respectful at all times when I have been there even in the face of unreasonable, cranky and sometimes downright disrespectful consumers.

Doctors need to know this is not a safe place to send their patients. Unprofessional and scary bad treatment . i believe it may even be illegal to operate without experienced employees or a sign on their office... They do not take major insurance.. what ?

The Flagstaff location is horrible. My wife had bloodwork done and did not receive after a week. When she tried to call to get information, she could only get a recording. This location is stealing money from people and should be shut down.

Very helpful team - my lab request was unusual & a bit difficult to figure out, but the team there helped me get what I needed. They were courteous and professional.

The barcode scanner to sign in did not seem to work, but from the front staff to the tech, the employees were unusually professional and kind. This was actually a pleasant experience and I recommend using this facility.

My first visit to this lab was absolute garbage. HOWEVER, they've completely changed. They were well staffed, I was checked in right away, everyone I spoke with was nice and energetic, and my Waite time was only 15 minutes despite them being super busy.

These folks are impressively incompetent. After waiting an hour they informed me the computer did not properly check me in (somehow my fault) and I would have to wait another hour to be seen. Worst medical experience I’ve ever had.

May be the worst place on earth. Staff never nice and act like they dont get paid for their jobs. Everything you do at this counter is wrong. They need someone to manage this place.
