I I was just gonna copy and paste and review from online and figure that's two reviews but after viewing some of the bad reviews, I'm gonna go ahead and explain what happened. I wanted a system in my vehicle! A friend/family decided to get me a system as a wedding gift he called ,they quoted him roughly around $400 for the whole package the whole deal. Considering I had nothing in my vehicle so he purchased it as credit. They basically provide credit to his account to represent as a gift because they had no form of gift card or etc. I was happily married, and after the honeymoon I was so excited to get my system finally. So I decided to go in. They exspress excitement because we are newly weds and Tell me they would give me a discount because they love weddings and that's their gift to me. OK so they wanted to create a custom box and then they wanted to install of course the amp and sub woofer and a quote for everything including wiring, would come out to roughly around$1400-$1900 way more than $400 so I said OK I have a few speaker boxes to save money I would just need the amp and wires and installment.. during conversation Iinformed him that I plan on getting a new vehicle so when I do that, I'm gonna need my system out of the vehicle and transfer to the new one. He said whenever you do decide to get into another vehicle, bring it back to me I'll take care of it I'll wire it and reinstalled it in your new vehicle quoted me about roughly about 20 bucks just to re-rewire it. He said that was is policy and if he did any work at all in the vehicle he asked that I only bring it back to him because he didn't like anyone messing with his work. OK no problem of course I understood the thought behind "his policy" because you're the one who wired it. moving forward we agreed on just getting the amp and me bringing my speaker for the low price of $400, I don't know too much about it, which I advised him so I said fine as long as my system is bumping, let's do it , using the full amount of my gift. made an appointment and returned with my vehicle. They told me to drop it off and they'll let me know when it would be ready. I left work, dropped off my vehicle and I was sick so I went home and decided to lay down. I left My husband's phone number so they can contact him once it was ready. Once they contacted my husband They said that he had to pay an additional $50 because the total was 450. my husband agreed decided that's fine paying extra $50, He was unsure why but knew I was eager, and determined to get my system which is what I wanted. So the vehicle was ready after my husband went and paid and my sister went to go pick it up when she got there they said they had no records of any gift or credit being applied and that in order for her to take the vehicle she would have to pay the $450! Now this became a bigger issue because they had to contact the person who gifted me and now The or friend (who purchased this gift) was not very happy because we were having problems, they had a conversation between one another and the employee was able to locate the credit and allowed my family to take my vehicle to me. I woke up the next day (because I was sick in bed All that rest of the day.) woke up got in my vehicle turn on my system, and it sounded like shit! Seemed too loud in all the wrong places just sounded horrible. I was upset I wanted to return it but didn't even know how I would go about returning something like that because I mean labor and all that OK so I didn't do nothing about it. It quickly became unbearable so I had my husband listen to it there was no way I could even drive like that. It sounded horrible. He said maybe you just need to turn the amp down so he turned the amp down and it sounded OK ! Or at least better and then about a month goes by it sounds like shit again and my husband discovered that the speaker itself had a leak witch is where the box is not sealed tight and the speaker had a crack in it! OK so now I'm wondering why t

Long story on my experience so I'll cut it short. Sloppy, unprofessional and poor workmanship. Don't go there.

My visit to Sounds Good Mobile was a delightful experience. The knowledgeable staff, speedy installation, and great deal they offered me exceeded my expectations. I'm thrilled with the audio upgrade in my car, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for audio installations. They've earned a loyal customer in me!ps: If you are shopping for new cars with android auto/apple car play, consider buying a used car instead and having these guys upgrade the head unit. Its WAY cheaper!

We recently got heated seats, sub, remote start, and a head unit/camera. All of the work has been top notch, communication has been clear and all of the employees have been great. James has a great team that cares about the work they do. Gonna be bringing in a 2nd car there soon, definitely one of the best audio shops I've been to.

These guys are the only ones within 100s of miles do breath work for a total pos co. They only do it for the customers. I’m in there often this place seems amazing from a guy who spent a couple hours just observing. Even the owner stated after close to try and make it right. If your giving this place a 1 star, maybe the problem was not the shop.

My battery dies overnight every night now. When I spoke to the owner about how they messed up the electrical system he called me a “mean, nasty person” and hung up on me.I’ve never had to jump it in 3 years. They won’t accept responsibility for their error. I was passing through town and this place was my only option. What a mistake!

Update my battery dies overnight every night now since these guys "fixed my cigarette lighter" and plugged the backup camera into the "correct place". They won't accept responsibility for their mistake. The owner James has no integrity. When you won't listen to his excuses he resorts to name calling ("a mean, nasty person"), when you ignore the insults then he gets condescending, when you call him out on that then he gets flustered and hangs up on you. Super professional AVOID THIS PLACE

A very solid bunch. No matter what problems surfaced during my car-audio repair project, Sounds Good was with me all the way. Expect good news when you pick up your car

Cannot say enough good about Sounds Good! From the first contact phone call to driving off the lot with our new stereo, everyone we came in contact with went beyond what I have come to expect these days. We highly recommend Sounds Good! Nick was our contact person and we could have not asked for anyone finer to deal with! Again, thank you!

I took my Sprinter based motorhome to Sounds Good to install a double DIN stereo which I had purchased online. I made the appointment and took the vehicle in at the appointed time. The first thing they did was criticize my choice of stereo. I should have left right then. Many hours later, around closing time they called to say that the vehicle was done. I paid the hourly rate and left with the vehicle however I felt as if I was getting a bums rush the entire time I was there.I took the vehicle on the first long road trip and discovered that the microphone was completely useless as they had literally left it hanging from the bottom of the dash near the accelerator pedal!I couldn't make calls, or use Android Auto or Apple voice commands because the microphone couldn't hear me! Not only that, compensating volume won't work on the stereo because the microphone is vibrating against part of the chassis the entire time. When I returnrd from the road trip I went back to Sounds Good to point out the microphone and they offered, if I would purchase an upgrade they would relocate the microphone for no additional charge.I left this stew for months, but I am increasingly dissatisfied with this installation. I'm going to take care of the problems myself but I do not recommend Sounds Good
