Such a convenient location! And the staff was personable, especially Melissa who handles the breakfast for 15 years now. She is a delight. Kind. Friendly. And she helped me with gluten free options and was very well informed about the need to have clean GF options available. She's like the Flagstaff Grandma. We also talked about how to manage Marriott points and using the app. She is a pro and ever so helpful. Thank you!
Rooms: The rooms are bigger than a normal Marriott. They have a small living room space with a sofa sleeper. And a huge closet. Great for ski trips when you have a ton of gear. I appreciate this hotel when more space is needed.
Safety: Close to the university. The surrounding area felt safe.

I recently stayed at the Marriott SpringHill Suites in Flagstaff, Arizona, and was overall disappointed with my experience. While the location was convenient, the quality of the accommodations and service fell short of my expectations.
The room itself was clean, but the furnishings felt dated and worn. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat. The air conditioning unit was noisy and struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature.
The breakfast buffet was a major letdown. The selection was limited, and the food quality was mediocre. The coffee was weak, and the service was slow.
I would not recommend this hotel to others. There are undoubtedly better options available in Flagstaff.

If you have a fur baby, DO NOT STAY HERE. They charged me so much it almost cost me twice the amount of the room to bring my small, declawed, very well trained kitty cat. Ridiculous! Most places charge a nominal cleaning fee. Not this place! Huge, non refundable deposit. I ALWAYS stay at Marriotts. This may be my last stay at one. Horrible customer service. Laughed at me when I questioned it at checkout. Canceled this place on my return trip. Stayed at a Best Western Plus instead. Much more pet friendly and very nice!

I travel to Flagstaff often for work and always stay here. The rooms are very quiet and clean. I appreciate the separate living room area so I can sit on the couch, watch TV and unwind after work. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always a good experience!

The location was slightly hidden within the trees. But the hotel was very nice and luxurious. The room had a strange layout but it was not that much of a deal. Very clean and comfortable too. The service was excellent, no issues at all.
Rooms: Great size for a family of four.
Safety: Keycard is required to enter back doors.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was delicious here.

Excellent location, super friendly staff. Very clean and great atmosphere. Madeline at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart and very pleasant after a long ride on the motorcycle. Hope to stop back again sometime for another visit
Walkability: Walmart is right across the street for all your needs

Initially we were happy. Until my wife found some defects that simply shouldn't have been there. The room was not clean. And they were obvious places, not behind a cupboard or anything like that. The window sill was dirty and there was still some hair under the vanity. On the second day it was cleaned again - but everything was still exactly the same. After the first night I informed the reception that the light on the left bed didn't work because the power supply was missing. We left after 2 days and it still didn't work. By the way, there was no nightstand or anything like that on the left bed. The sliding door to the wet room rubbed against the carpet so much that when it was opened, a lot of dirt piled up. All in all, a strange room. The employee at our check-in was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for that. For the rest, not so much.

We travel alot as a whole family 25-30 hotel rooms a year easy. First the beds, amazing easily I would rate this top 3. I really liked that the couch bed was actually comfortable, i would even say possibly the best couch bed we have ever had. Everyone was super nice and breakfast was goood. We will absolutely return.

This is an amazing property. The rooms are clean and neat. The fitness center is sufficient for a little cardio and strength training. The staff make this place amazing!
