Don't trust the prices on the self. Only purchased 2 things on this trip. One was correct, but the other was $4.00 more than the self price. I didn't see it until I received my email receipt, and I'm not going to drive back just to fix their incorrect pricing. Won't be going back to Staples if I have to take a picture of every shelf price just to get what I wanted at the correct price.

It should be rated less than a star. This stable store has gone downhill, especially the printing department. It needs better management. I went there to print a label, but I couldn't because the guy working there told me to come back in a couple of hours. The person was careless about the customer's needs. Go to FEDEX printing and shipping next to Safeway. Don't waste your time there.

I purchased a large package of bank file boxes. The package was difficult to handle. The sales clerk offered, and carried the package to curbside, where she then placed the package in my vehicle. Very kind, and great service.

I hadn't been to staples in years. The old Manager was a nightmare to deal with. The new team is awesome and the store has never looked better.

I came to the UPS shipping area to send back some packages through Amazon. Jasmine the associate was helpful and great. She didn’t make me feel rushed nor did I feel like I was ruining her day. Pleasant and kind she made the whole experience great. She deserves a raise and praise. Thank you again Jasmine.

on the 26th went to buy a new chair from them as is manager in question at the time kept coughing his lungs out on me on purpose to where next day i woke up with bronchitis and as of today is starting to feel a bit better as is the manager in question must have coughed on me specifically over 50+ times as is to where i woke up next day coughing as much as he did non stop like he did as well and on top of that while i was waiting for my ride to pick me up with my new chair as is (which btw the protection plan they offer is a complete scam btw as already had problems with the chair in question and turns out asurion couldn't do anything about it despite me still registering the chair with the protection plan in question as is so wouldn't trust their protection plan if i were you either) but this manager specifically in question only makes it worse as he also tries to have a smoke break right next to me as well as i wait outside while he is already coughing his lungs out on me non stop as is and with how much he was coughing as is already i legit thought he had covid didn't even bother to wear a mask let alone cover his coughs and was intentionally coughing his lungs out in front of my face as is even reported this to corporate as well as if it wasn't for the scam of their protection plan as is was mainly seeing if they could do anything about the manager in question as is as him purposefully getting me sick was not ok to say the least and is hoping corporate can at least get back with me to see what to do going forward with the manager as is otherwise would highly recommend avoiding the gentleman that's bald wears glasses and has a bit of tan skin to him as is couldn't miss him as far as recognizing the person goes as is as i wouldn't be surprised if he got others sick as well in this regard as is otherwise i mainly only used staples to print stuff out as is but now might consider going to other places if nothing is done with this manager in question as is otherwise would highly recommend to anyone going to this staples specifically to avoid this manager at all cost as he doesn't seem to know how to prevent to spread illness that well as is and seems to refuse to do so as is and like i said you couldn't miss him as bald wears glasses and has a bit of tan skin to him as is also kind of looks like the actor david cross if it also helps to just avoid getting sick from this manager as is as with all the coughing he was doing it legit felt like he had covid as well otherwise this is more of i guess a warning to anyone that goes to that staples and happens to come across said manager as is

I picked up a few office supplies at Staples on 12/11/23. The young lady at the front register was so kind, and welcoming and exuded such positive energy that I must laud her. On my receipt, she is identified as #2065664. I hope she hears that she just made my day with her kindness. (which is not always found in staff these days). Thank you, young lady.
