Sterling Pointe could be the best apartment complex in Flagstaff. Sure, as other reviewers have mentioned sometimes the apartments can show signs of wear and maybe even be a little dirty. But if there's one thing you can 0 doubts about it's that the Brent from the management team and Jeff from the maintenance team are always on top of it. I addressed the apartment was dirty and Brent sent an entire cleaning crew the same day not even 2 hours later. Whenever I've needed servicing, Jeff from the maintenance team immediately responds and are extremely efficient. I really couldn't ask for more from Sterling Pointe. Regardless of their shortcomings, they always make it right.

Ginny is a great person; she made our visit to Sterling Pointe a lot of fun. It's a pain to have to move suddenly - I am used to having months in which to plan, and we have mere weeks - but she reduced our stress and made me very glad we visited Sterling Pointe. I hope our application goes through OK.

Apartment units and complex from the outside looked very nice. After touring one unit, it was dirty, beat up, and walls very thin. We could hear everyone walking around upstairs. There was another 3rd floor unit available on their website. When asked the leasing agent to see that unit, she (an older woman with gray hair) refused to show us the unit. She said it was the same layout as the other unit so why look at it. Then she said we could sign the lease for it and select a move in date....without seeing the apartment. When she came up with the monthly rent, it was $300 more than what was posted on their website. I even opened their site on my phone and showed her the price. She told us this was the price right now, today. $300 more per month. Skip this complex, there are better places to see and live in Flagstaff.

Jeff, the new maintenance guy is probably the best maintenance guy I’ve had ever. Super cool dude and doesn’t complain when you want more done than what he came for. I ask a ton of questions and ask a lot from him in general and he’s super easy going about it. He gets his job done higher than the standard set and gets it done quick. Sterling Pointe hired the right guy for maintenance.

Won’t answer the phone never in office it’s 100 degrees in my apartment right now. SPIDERS in my bathroom…mold on the wall and ceilings…unfinished renovations in my laundry room. One time we had no hot water for two weeks.

I lived here a little over a year. The complex is nice and I very much enjoyed the amount of space I had for a one bedroom. The maintenance team is wonderful and have been so kind to me whenever they came to my unit about a maintenance issue I had. The office staff that was there when I moved in was amazing but it changed about a month of two after moving in and the new staff wasn't the greatest - I've had some interactions where I felt they were condescending and made me feel like my questions/issues were not something they wanted to help me with. There have been many changes the complex has faced within the year I lived here and it was very unsettling as a resident. The cost of everything that you have to pay for (base rent, utilities billed by the complex, electric, internet, parking) adds up quickly and I ended up paying for much more than I anticipated. I probably would not recommend living here.

They make mistakes with billing that is super confusing and takes a lot to argue. Central billing is useless, doesn't agree with leasing office and is not helpful. There's definitely an air of dishonesty and a huge fast turnover rate among staff. I would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible customer service we walked in. One lady just looked at us and then got on the phone with her dad and another guy was getting coffee or hot chocolate looked at us and then walked in his office. The other lady was too lazy to even look up at us, we are going to rent with them definitely not going to now and definitely do not recommend this place at. Advice how about greet people who walk in the door instead of looking at them then immediately getting on the phone with your dad especially if you want people to rent from you do better

Been living here for 2 years and have been paying +$2,000 a month for that amount of time. This complex started a new parking system where they want to charge you $10 a month to park and $55 a month for covered parking.
I assumed the $2,000 a month was more than enough to let me park my car here.
If you're a fan of corporate greed, welcome home

Been an awesome place to live. Manager and maintenance team is always super accommodating and helpful. Favorite part is that the hot tub is always kept clean and hot!

This apartment complex has nice apartments-washer/dryer in unit, good sized living space, nice appliances. The gym is ok, a little small, and the amenities such as the pool and jacuzzi are often closed for maintenance. The location is close by NAU and grocery stores.
The rent is high, and only gets higher whenever you renew your lease. They increased base rent over 30% for an annual renewal which is clearly just to make money as none of that extra money seemed to go to plowing snow from the parking lot of shoveling the very slippery stairs. There is also a lot of dog poop all over the property.
Overall the apartments themselves are nice but expensive. More could be done in terms of snow/ice removal in the winter.

EDIT: This place used to be great two owners ago.. the current management team is greedy and incompetent.
My recommendation: stay far away and don't fall for any "move in deals", unless you want to move again in a year. They will mercilessly bump your rent by $500/ month when you're up for renewal.

They'll just up your rent by the maximum amount every chance they get until you have to move out so don't bother.
