I went in to this location no one greeted us and I had to ask for help and We were the only ones in the store. I looked at a small ring asked if he could go lower in the price said he was not allowed to lower any prices in the store on Gold. I’ve never heard this at any pawn shop. I would have bought that and another piece of jewelry but instead went to another pawn shop and found more selection .

Don't bring any electronics with your personal information on them in here. Husband and I brought in a new occlus vr headset, and were told they wouldn't buy it because we factory reset it before coming in. My husband signed back into his profile to allow them to ensure it worked fine. They offered us chump change for it. My Husband clarified he will be resetting it again before we leave, and that brought down the offer amount. Why would our bank information (or lack thereof ) affect the price?

I'm always looking for tools, I've been in several times and each time there's one person at the counter tied up in deep , unending, negotiations with a pawn customer and clearly a bunch of people I can hear talking in the back room.... But they never , ever come out to see if you want to buy anything. Their prices are kind of high so I am not going wait forever or to beg someone for help.
My review is just based on being a buyer (which sucks) maybe they do a good job for people who need to pawn things...

Went in there with 200 dollar set of Milwaukee, had had a receipt for April 14th and they still gave me 1/4 the price of the drill

I've had very good experiences with Super Pawn Flagstaff. They are friendly and don't pressure customers. Cool stuff for sale at great prices. I especially appreciated the General manager of the Woodlands Village Super Pawn. He was very helpful and courteous. Thanks!-B. Rees

Just don’t go to any pawn shops period, but especially this one. The prices are INSANELY high for used tools in a pawn shop. What they offer you when you come in to sell is a joke compared not only online selling, but other pawn shops as well.

I feel I need to write this review as a warning. If your selling, check eBay before you go in, they will lie to you about what your item is worth. The younger skinny guy with sandy hair there, looked on eBay and saw two auctions at $30 days away from being done, told me that’s what my item has sold for instead of the $75 that was what had actually sold. I even asked him if he meant those auctions, I had just looked and seen them myself 2 minutes before, so he switched and said it was in their store history. Just bad lying, and sad to think of all the people their predatory practices take advantage of.

I always look in Maps then under reviews for information on the location I chose to do business with. I was put off by the negative notes but then I noticed that "the critics" had only made limited if not miniscule (like 2 reviews ) before stating their angry comments.
I had an excellent business transaction with staff, no fuss and fair when we negotiated. ☆☆☆☆☆I will return for future business and as a purchasing customer as they had decent equipment and jewelry selections.
