Susan Butler rescued me during a tax audit! I had not even used her services before, but she MADE TIME to call me during her busiest tax season in late March. A friend had urged me to call her as I was floundering as to how to gather and report information for the audit. She did call me; shows that she is not only in business but also cares about people! What a warm, professional, and kind person she showed herself to be on the phone, and, the suggestions she gave me took hours off of my digging for information myself. I will make the trip from Chandler to Flagstaff in the future to have Susan prepare my taxes!! Can't thank her enough. She has not forgotten that successful professionals can also be caring people.
