Recently bought a new car and the experience was fair and professional. Mainly I wanted to add a review about the service department. Been in for regular service and for tire replacement, and very happy with them. Thank you for being such a great company.
My car was in for regular service, oil change and such. My service advisor was Jacob, and I felt well taken care of. And mine's not the only car we have serviced at the dealership, my son's 2013 Cruze as well. We both feel like we're well taken care of, and my newer Chevrolet, it wouldn't let anyone else touch it on this dealership. Thanks guys!!

We were on vacation in Arizona for two weeks when we had some issues with our car. Jacob gave us the best service. The issues have been solved after more than 7 days and we have been informed every day of the evolution. They changed the battery, the transmission control modul and the fuse block. It is going to be a new car…. Thank you Jacob, you are the best, we were not worried with you. You deserve a gold medal. Helene and Gilles

Had Zoey as our service advisor. She kept our vehicle for a week and a half no updates, her husband was the tech that worked on the car. Was basically told that it was a serious electrical issue and we should consider trading our car in. Decided to bring the car home and found that there was a loose connection on the battery terminal with no issues after tightening it. 10/10 a scam to try to get us to trade the car in so she could get commission. Deplorable way to do business.
Hey Mark, I see your response. Please see Zoe’s messages. As you can see, she said exactly as I outlined above. You are trying to deflect a bad service experience. Furthermore, it is called a birddog referral. Zoe gets a kick back for creating a sale out of service. There was no suspension issue, the light was on because the battery connector needed to be tightened. If you have records to disprove her handling of this service appointment, I welcome you to post them here. There is no reason our car should have sat there for a week and half when the part was readily available.
Additionally, if you would like to discuss the inaccuracies of reviews, you should probably address the multitude of employees that have given each other 5 star reviews on this same page. Seems a little tainted to me.

Recently purchased a truck from Flagstaff Chevrolet and traded in my old car. I'm used to feeling somewhat taken advantage of/scammed going to most dealerships but this time was different. Vlad found me in the parking lot and worked with me through the entire process. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicles and didn't lie to me when he didn't have an answer to my questions. He would look things up instead of make things up. There was zero pressure throughout the whole process. Even though I hadn't planned on buying when I went in I decided to go ahead and do so because I was so confident I was getting the absolute best deal possible. I was struggling to stay within my budget but they were able to help me out and come up on the value of my trade in. The entire process was so smooth and all the employees were friendly and so helpful.
I was so impressed with the entire process that I bought another vehicle with my wife at their sister dealership in Winslow. They are owned by the same family and it really shows. If anything Winslow Ford was an even better experience and I will be writing another review for them to reflect that.
Thank you to Flagstaff Chevrolet and the Harris family for creating such a trustworthy and relaxing car buying experience.

I ran an add to sell my 2015 Ford F-50 XLT 3.5 liter eco boost, quad cab, for $15K. I had several inquiries. Flagstaff Chevrolet's Brett Adkins, used car salesman, and the used car supervisor contacted me through the Facebook market place link. He/they offered 14 Thousand after viewing the on line photos. They told me to drive to Flagstaff, from Prescott, for them to check and run diagnostics etc. , And if all checked ok they would purchase the truck from me and if not they would give me gas money for the 200 mile round trip.
After arriving and meeting they were very friendly and cordial. They asked for us to leave the vehicle with them for 45 minutes to physically and diagnostically inspect it. We returned to discuss their evaluation. They came back stating that there were two catalytic converter issues and both needed to be replaced at the cost of One thousand dollars each. And that they needed to refurbish the interior. That was after telling me how clean and immaculate the interior was. I refused their counter offer of 10K.
I returned to Prescott and took the vehicle to my mechanic. They ran their diagnostics and found no issues or warning on anything including the catalytic converters.
I contacted Flagstaff Chevrolet and provided a copy of my clean mechanics report. I wanted to know if they were still interested in my sale. I was going to get the truck detailed on my own and for much less than their two thousand dollar cost.
Flag Staff Chevrolet then contacted me stating that they weren't interested in my truck because of my asking price of 14k. A week earlier they were willing to pay if all checked out mechanically.
KBB and carfax put the value of my truck at 16-18K. And 18-20K for a dealership to sell the same vehicle.
I personally feel like it was very shady business practice for used cars sales with Flagstaff Chevrolet. They wanted me to take the 4 K discounted offer on their supposed refurbishing and catalytic converter discrepancies.

The people here are the best. I came here to charge my pos EV rental, and Connor, Steve, and Zoe all helped me out and kept me company while I contemplated smashing the windows of this wretched vehicle.
