I left my truck with Flagstaff Chevrolet for a factory recall for a week. I had it back for two weeks and the service light came on for the recall they allegedly completed. Not what you expect from a dealership. I took it to a provider in Phoenix for proper repair.

I called to make an appointment for just a darn OIL CHANGE a few time now, and they are always ( so called full). The owners are just racist people . And when you have to make appointments online, they are supposely booked until who knows when as well its ridiculous. Then when you get there easier when they open in the morning, they still can't take you because oh my god their full already. I just went somewhere else. Supposely people are just rude

Not a good place to get your vehicle due to misinformation on the vehicle. We had to sign on to purchase a vehicle and we had an issue already within 5 days of the vehicle "the engine light came on and off 3 times" now I wanted to get my refund of my down payment but I was informed it would cost me $514. I understand the mile cost but I still have to pay that even though the light engine came on. Wade had stated the vehicle was inspected and certified pass now this is very upsetting.

A check engine light came on while in Flagstaff, called and checked if okay to stop by and see what the code says, Cheyenne put the code reader on, checked it out, told us it was a sensor, would be okay to continue on our trip, she cleared the code for us, no charge. Very pleased ? Thank you Cheyenne ?

We went for the Trunk-or-Treat on Halloween. We walked in and were greeted right away. Super friendly and welcoming. Haven't been there for a car, or car service.

Sadly the service department is not what it used to be. When I picked up my car after a simple oil change today, I smelled burning oil as soon as I got in the car (there was no such smell when I brought the car in this morning). Opened the hood and could see where oil had been spilled on the engine block around the oil fill cap. The tech obviously smelled it too, because he lowered the windows before I got in, probably hoping I wouldn't notice. He didn't even have the decency to apologize or let me know what happened. They also forgot to add my coupon discount to the invoice, and I had to wait 10 minutes after payment for them to bring my car around. I've noticed a general decline in professionalism and courtesy over the past few years. Sad to see this kind of SLOPPY work from a once-respected shop. Been a loyal customer for 20 years, but I guess it's time to look elsewhere...Service: Oil change

Honestly -worst auto repair experience I can remember. in the middle of a vacation we stopped to get our AC fixed. Your tech diagnosed a broken AC vacuum line. Mike told us the part would be in Thurs PM or Fri and we would get it done. I called on Thursday - the part was not in. I called Friday at noon - the part had arrived at 10 am - but MIke was gone - and out of sight - out of mind - we'd been dropped. The tech reported the he could get part of the job done on Friday but it would have to wait until Monday - so we were stuck spending our vacation in Flagstaff for another 3 days. We called about 8 am on Monday - Mike didn't know the part had come in. Since we had been held up - spending our vacation time in Flagstaff waiting for Flagstaff Chevrolet to get its act together - we assumed - stupidly it turned out - that we would get some priority with this repair. We didn't - despite my telling MIke we we were checking out of our hotel and had to get on the road - THE VAN WAS THE LAST CAR THAT DAY THE TECH WORKED ON. Throughout this experience, Mike was unapologetic and never acknowledged our situation. Instead, he stated we have 6 techs serving 500 cars and that cars had been waiting for months to get worked on. The tech finished the 4-hour job in about 2 hours and we spent another night at the hotel. It didn't help that for us - the air conditioner actually left the facility in worse shape than it arrived! We had some airflow going in and absolutely none leaving - even the non-AC airflow is absolutely dead. It was not like that before. We'd had the air conditioner checked out in Sedona before coming up. The very detailed examination from that shop - which was shown to MIke - stated the vacuum line was broken and that the "internal valving" of the compressor had been compromised. At Flagstaff Chevrolet we got a bill for $600 (and a still useless air conditioner) and a notice that we needed yes, a $1300 compressor. A total waste of money and 4 days of vacation time. In decades of going to auto repair shops - worst experience ever. We won't be back.

The parts department gets a number of calls a week from our business and they are easy to work with and the communication is always straight to the point and timely.

I don't recommend this business to anyone, there service department is a waste of time, they don't have technicians available to do the work, all is done is that they clear the code and send you on your way, service manager never touches base with you about the complaints and the service preformed. Never doing business with this place again, disappointed.
