“I found quality items easily, things were well marked compared to many thrift stores and well organized. The ladies working were so nice even though they were busy, plus we're extra helpful despite it being close to closing. Wonderful experience. Because of their hours I can rarely come here but every time I've been able to I've been impressed with findings and interactions. People were all very friendly today in general here and that's always appreciated. Glad I could make it before they closed, finally and barely! Difficult to find parking so I walked a bit which I expected on a Saturday. Wish they had slightly later hours at least one day during the week, though I understand why they don't for now. They have a good process of getting people checked out efficiently at the register while still being gracious - nicer than most other places too. Excited about a few real gems I didn't expect to discover. I generally feel they have higher quality donations here, but of course that varies as with any donation-based organization. Dangerous to go thrifting or antiquing with an open mind of what to get lol, and it's also more fun that way so... Win.”

“I always find something here, friendly people and goes to a great cause. Honestly this is probably my favorite thrift store in flagstaff! I love the clothing section. The do a nice job of setting up some cute outfits on the mannequins haha”

“Was looking for a new to him sofa for some college student son. After seeing what was available at other thrift stores, was pleasantly surprised to see something of such good quality here. Very happy with purchase.”

“I own a nearby business and frequent this place. I have furnished 3 rentals and a restaurant using finds from here. I have gotten to know the people over time quite well. You seriously could not find better people than David and his family who now own the place. They are awesome. And I love that I can always negotiate to get what I need for the price I need it. Highly recommend always checking here before elsewhere, they usually have a great selection!”

“Huge shop! Clean and nicely laid out. Only complaint I have is that some of the prices are a bit high for a thrift store. $80 for a chipped wolf statue. $20 for a shirt. The employee said they were swamped with donations. Well maybe you'd sell more if some of your prices were more reasonable. However, I was able to find a gorgeous crystal glass bowl for $4”

“I thought this store was and always maintaining of good standards. This stores prices are reasonable and well serving of the community. No matter where you are or what are your reasons for coming everyone can agree the prices are cheap. Weather it be clothes, toys, or video games. Shopping here is such a great alternative from going to other chain stores. As you will be saving money, recycling, and even have tools while it was used it can be just as good as quality as if they were brand new although you may have to look for something like that but it could happen. Sure there’s the occasional problem here it’s not perfect but it is near perfection. I’d give this store four out of five. It doesn’t get five stars from me because of the fact that they are understaffed. While I don’t see that as their fault I do still see it as a problem and until it’s addressed it will be four stars as of now. But it earned four stars for providing an excellent experience every time it was not a perfect experience on some but it was resolved and I’m very appreciative of that as a shopper. Real quick get in to spring cleaning if you have anything to drop off it’s so quick and easy here every time we did a little bit of spring cleaning it was just a five minute process at the most and we were fine after that. Do please come here it is such the way of life of saving and possibly even going retro as myself I like to dress as if I was in the 90s it is very easy to do that by just grabbing a pair of jeans and graphic tees. And you’ll probably be spending a fifth of the price that the kids at the mall do. You’ll look good and stylish on a budget. Overall a well run store not perfect could use a couple more staff but otherwise it is fine.”
